Seriously, How this website thinking to send this ancient one. Shouldn't have believe to order from the website that doesn't give roasting date detail.

I've received underdeveloped Geisha bean, which is totally undrinkable. I sent inquiry, however, didn't even get any answer. Not recommend to use this website.

Extremely disappointed with the quality. I received a batch of underdeveloped beans, but the manufacturer refused to take any responsibility for the defect. If they truly believe the roast profile is 'intentional,' they should cup it themselves to see the lack of development. I essentially paid full price for a defective product just to leave this warning. Unlike other reputable roasteries, they don't stand behind their craft or offer returns.
