I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Libristo.
My original order never arrived, and I never received any notification or tracking update from GLS. After contacting customer service, I was offered either a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement because I wanted the book, not my money back.
Unfortunately, 5 days have now passed since they confirmed they would resend the package, and I still have not received any notification, tracking information, or any update. I also sent another email asking for information, but I have received no response.
I appreciate that customer service was polite, but the overall experience has been very frustrating. After two failed delivery attempts, I still don't have the book I paid for. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience

Thank you for your feedback Georgi, and we’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery issues. We understand how disappointing it was to have to wait for a replacement after the original parcel did not arrive. The replacement was dispatched on 29 July, and the tracking link was sent to you by email. We can see that the parcel was subsequently delivered to the collection point and has already been collected successfully. We’re glad the book has finally reached you and apologise for the inconvenience caused throughout the process.
