They cannot be contacted and this artificial intelligence is not suitable for anything. My situation concerns a transaction that was suspended and later disappeared. And the money didn't return anymore, I won't use PayPal because there's not even a way to contact them. I don't recommend

We regret that your order did not arrive, and you had trouble contacting us. If there’s a problem with your order, the first thing to do is to inform the Seller that you ordered from, of the problem. This is the quickest and easiest way to get the help you need as they're responsible for your product, shipping and delivery.
Just log in to your OnBuy account, click 'View orders', find the product and select 'Contact Retailer' and let them know how they can assist with the issue you've encountered on your order.
We expect Sellers to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. If, after corresponding with the seller, you still need our assistance, please respond to my email and we will handle a Dispute Escalation for you.

Watch out for this online store because it has paltry product descriptions and prices. So before buying it, it's good to look at the product whether it's this one and whether the name matches and you take the product off. When I registered and made my first order, they blocked my account some time later. Recently I got a reply that they will unlock me in 48 hours. When the order was received, it turned out that the product that was added for free was missing. Next thing is I didn't get an email confirmation about my order. This company let me down a lot, I will definitely not make purchases here anymore.

Obsługa klienta wprowadziłam mnie w błąd, dostałem email że nie mogą wysłać ponownie produktu ponieważ nie mają go na magazynie. A dzwoniąc do nich powiedzieli że jest na magazynie, też do też sprawdzałem stronę ich i też był dostępny. Więc nie polecam tej firmy ponieważ w razie jakiś problemów prawdopodobnie możecie zostać wprowadzeni w błąd. Co do zwrotu pieniędzy to mają mi zwróci, ciekawe czy tu obejdzie się bez problemów.

najmocniej przepraszamy za zaistniałą sytuację, która nie powinna mieć miejsca. W chwili składnia zamówienia produkt ten był niedostępny, dlatego tez nie byliśmy w stanie zrealizować Pańskiego zamówienia, był to błąd naszych stanów magazynowych, który natychmiast zostanie naprawiony.
