Having gone a month using the Drive Score app I have to sy how impressive it is.
Had to contact them about updating my car details as it kept referring to my previous car and not updating my new car with the transfer of my private registration. This was quickly corrected by their customer service.
I use my phone for Android auto and found it sometimes drops out so unlocking the phone is done by my wife but the app sees this so you have to amend the saved drive for that period explaining passenger used phone.
Other than that I am really impressed as it makes you more aware and maintains concentration.
I have one issue recorded for hard breaking which is disappointing as it was to prevent a collision due to another vehicle pulling out infront.
Looking forward to getting some lower quotes when my renewal becomes due.

Great customer service today after a problematic time attempting to access my account.
Eventually got through on an alternative numbe having attempted to call using the number provided to reset my login.
Today it was identified that my latest account had not been linked to my previous details.
Everything is now good but the option 1 to receive a call back does not work.
Three days of separate calls usually informing your first in the queue is not true you sit on a loop of not very nice music and never get your call answered.
No return call is ever received from selecting option 1
Not that it matters now but I am still expecting some feed back off the contact us messaging page.
oh well at least I am sorted now and will know next time

Driver was very pleasant however my parcel showed slight damage which occurred further damage to my delivered items £3.95 charged for delivery but g to exchange the item I had to go into store so waste of money on delivery

This company is so incompetent that it’s unbelievable. Ordered through an online retailer for next day delivery. Received email confirming despatch along with tracking reference.
No update on tracking from when it was confirmed that courier had collected parcel and we’re processing it in Rugdby They have now had it 4 days and no further information is available on its expected delivery but should be by 29th. So much for next day delivery.
I would suggest retails find an alternate courier service because this one is shocking
