They are not a legit London boutique, I can’t believe I fell for it but there pictures looked good and as I had a few positive experiences using online stores on FB, I didn’t think to look at the reviews like I have done in the past.

Shoes have turned up, stinking of chemicals, looking nothing like the picture and feel hard, cheap and uncomfortable!

Not going to bother asking for a refund after reading reviews. Just will put it down to a bad experience and check reviews always.
Shoes going straight in the bin, but I feel bad for the planet 😩.Big lesson learned.

I ordered my beachwaver in the Black Friday deal and it arrived the next day and it’s fab!. I had to write a review as this company seems to have a bad rep online and with the reviews. I was worried when I read them and even said on the sponsored sales page that I might of been caught out buying from them, which is totally unfair considering it was before I got the product. I just got caught up with the negativity online.
But my experience has been excellent and I had to write a review to hopefully start changing the tide!. I’m a hairdresser also so this being my hundredth hair tool, I know what I am talking about!

Goodlookers were great from start to finish. No grumbles at all.

I actually ordered wrongly, but that’s my fault. It’s difficult ordering online sometimes. But for the price I will use the ones I have at home as nothing wrong with them and order another pair! Of course from Goodlookers!
