Nie polecam, lekarze z łaską przyjmują pacjentów z łaską oddzwaniają na teleporade, są nie uprzejmi , zero empatii do ludzi, nie wiem co to za lekarze pracują w luxmed , ale chyba z innej epoki. Płacimy za prywatną opiekę a dostajemy nie miłe rozmowy z lekarzami w zamian. Porażka

Terrible customer service and in this terrible times they are not helpful at all , everyone is out of pocket but 365tickets and they don’t care ! Got tickets for California Disneyland , our holidays were cancelled due to covid19 , and 365tickets said unfortunately no refunds not extensions.Spoke directly with Disney and they said they extending the tickets just come to the parks and you can use it, but after searching our tickets in their system after struggle they found them but the tickets weren’t under our names just 365tickets name so disney said in this situation you won’t be able to use it and have to ask 365tickets to change into our names, I emailed them asking for it but no replay no help ! Do not recommend using this company as they are awful and below helpful .

It is a shame you feel this way.
Did you speak with Disney over the phone or do you have that in writing because obviously if that is the case we need to know about it because it is not what has been communicated with us and the parks are closed.
I am looking at your tickets and our name is not on them but they would have been booked by 365Tickets which is possibly what they meant.
Whatever terms and conditions Disney apply to their tickets will apply to yours because they are official Disney tickets purchased in their system so rest assured if what they told you is true that will apply for your tickets as well.
We apologise you feel this strongly and hope you understand we are a small team in comparison to Disney and the information they have sent us is very limited and we are trying our best to help all of our customers where possible and hope you amend your review in the understanding that whatever Disney says about their tickets will apply to your tickets as they are official tickets.

what a company !!!!! have never heard of them before and life was much better!!!as they had lower the prices on some items thought might grab few items for our holidays. 10 days later ..... still waiting no items sent no money returned and no clothes for holidays we go in 3 days!!!! money taken from my account next day but never had any emails from UA apart of confirmations of my orders . Would never again look at their website neither clothes, very unreliable company who basically takes your money and doesn't care any more ,also customer service is so bad that it is just embarrassing for UA.

Really bad and unprofessional customer service.
I have ordered a calendar as a valentines present for my boyfriend,never arrived.
I have emailed them few times,no one never got back to me.
I asked for my money back,no replay ,nothing.
I warn everyone not to order anything from this company,very unprofessional and they do not care much about customers.
