Niestety i ja dałam się nabrać, towar niby dostępny w magazynie w bardzo dużej ilości nigdy nie został wysłany. Zero odpowiedzi na maile czy telefony, kontakt jedynie przez messenger, oczywiści tak jak inni otrzymałam informację, że zamówienie zostanie sprawdzone, później że wysłane, o zwrot można się prosić, ale pewnie się nie doczekam bez zgłoszenia do odpowiednich organów. Nie dajcie się nabrać.

I have booked my annual boiler service without any issues, engineer has called me prior to the visit advising exact time of arrival. During the visit David was super nice, competent and polite, he has also completed all the paperwork as required. Shortly after the appointment I have received my boiler service certificate. So far brilliant service. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience, I have ordered a Shoei helmet on Sunday and received it straight away the next day. Was selling there for couple years, and never got a bad review. Last week sold a genuine item in great condition, which buyer received and claimed as damaged and asked for a refund. After asking Vinted for help I have been told that I didn't provide enough evidence that I have sold item in the stated condition, because didn't provide photos / video of item during the packaging! Are you serious? I provided photos of item just before it was sent but it was not enough.
When I have asked if I will get my money back if I will get my item damaged they said that they may investigate further and if item will be in perfect order and exactly as I sold it then I should be happy and they will not do anything about that fact! Sure Vinted, I have just lost money to post it and around 30 people who add it to their favourites and were potentially looking to buy it. Now need to get it listed and post it again if sold.
Move to Ebay or anything else. Not worth it.

Beautiful sofa delivered in two days. Ultra easy to assemble and very comfortable. Will be buying a matching armchair as well!

Update: after over a year of using it our sofa still looks like new. Even our large Akita Inu is getting a very good use of it when we are at work and there is no damage or discolouration to the velvet fabric. Absolutely stunning purchase. If we will decide to change it it will be a different model, but for sure the same fabric and definitely from Swyft.
