Keep getting a letter every year about raising my direct debit even though I have been in credit for a number of years, I have reduced the credit down to an acceptable amount and I adjust my account by seasons.
It has been explained about this happening and the debit has been reset to my amount.

The parcel was sent on the day of the order, but didn't arrive till 12 days later.
DHL checked it in to their local depot and emailed to say they were going to receive it and had received it, next email from DHL was delivery in 24hrs, then another to say it's delayed. In truth DHL lost it but DVS were slow to inform me after I my inquiry. The parcel arrived and I'm pleased with it but 4 stars are about where it stands.

We bought the chipper to get nearer to the woods on our land, being a petrol model and towable was a good selling point, care is needed when towing as the wheelbase is very narrow
It took me an hour or so to put it together and work out where the wiring went ( no wiring instructions ). The tools supplied weren't up to the job and a decent set of tools were needed, but I did do it on my own with a couple of blocks of wood to stabilise the frame so no pinched fingers from the wife. There's no oil for the engine in the box so make sure you get some for when it arrives. The protective plastic shield on the in shute is too far down and doesn't really work it needs to be straight at the top of the shute. I might have to adjust that one day but I have made a wooden shield with a handle to fit half way down the shute, I noticed that its better to blow the wood chips down wind as the dust is sucked into the air filter upwind. The ear defenders supplied are great but a face shield is the best protection not goggles and It's not very noisy until the wood's inserted. Overall I feel it's a good buy for us and it's blue, I like blue stuff.

We use the mats outside our caravan when on-site and at the back door at home, they work fine and stop your socks getting too wet when you remove dirty boots etc. Easy to pack away or move around, the down side; it can smell like an old tyre on a hot day, the upside; it does give a good foot massage and stops the ground getting muddy.
Well worth the money.

Easy to find the part I needed, and delivery would have been on time if it hadn't been snowing. The staff sent a contact email to warn of possible delivery problems. So in all 5 Stars.

I ordered a mower on the website, contact was excellent delivery was excellent, the truck driver was one of the best around, wow! he couldn't be more helpful, sorting out getting his truck into a good drop off point then getting the pallet off, assisted taking the mower off the pallet and checking for damage and missing parts. the mower didn't start straight off with a full tank of fuel, there was a spark at the plug and the plug was dry leading to a fuel fault ( dry carburetor ) an eggcup of petrol into the air intake got it going. then the driver went on his way. what a nice guy. Its been a couple of months now the wife love's the mower and the trailer which came with it (separate delivery). We had a broken air flow duct on delivery and this was sorted on the phone, new one arrived the following week. Great company, great customer service, great mower and a nice thoughtful delivery truck driver.

Love the ease of use and not too expensive to boot, contact is great for all deals and issues.

The card that was left said it was Amazon Logistics with no reference to DHL. I couldn't find the delivery company or track the package? Now I know it's DHL cause they sent me this request. You get one star for being anonymous and a thanks for the delivery.

I had to cancel my order as the address was wrong, I phoned to change the address and the nice guy suggested I cancelled and reordered which I did but couldn't get the discount to work?
