Piękne kwiaty i wspaniała obsługa. Kurier nie zastał adresata w domu a ja podałam zły numer telefonu do kontaktu. Na w sobotę rano dostałam telefon z biura i ustaliliśmy nowy plan: kurier wrócił następnego dnia bez dodatkowych opłat. Wielkie dzięki, to była ważna okazja. Na pewno skorzystam z Waszych usług ponownie!

I did not have a good buying experience here, on first occasion I bought a kettle and toaster set, the kettle doesn't work. It does say on the website they are not liable for the condition of their lots so ok to let this go, but the second time I bought with them I bid on two lots and they've lots one. The refund came quickly but despite a quick response from the customer service it was a pretty disappointing result.
The website is clunky and not easy to navigate.

One star is too much for these scammers. I ordered a dress, the order looked nothing like the thing. I posted it back and they say they haven't received it even though the China Post website says it arrived. They don't want to refund me and every time I email them a different person answers.
