Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA PENASTU FLOTACIJU SULFIDNIH I SULFIDIZIRANIH OKSIDNIH MINERALA PRIMENOM NOVIH KOLEKTORA, naznačen time, što se ruda u obliku vodene suspenzije na pH=8-12 podvrgava postupku penušave flotacije u prisustvu 0,01-1,0 kg flotacionog kolektora na 1000 kg rude, gde kolektor obuhvata sulfid formule R1 - S - R2 koji sadrži od 6 do 16 atoma ugljenika, uz ograničenje da je sumpor vezan na alifatične ili cikloalifatične atome ugljenika, gde: R1 je metil, etil, epoksi grupa ili hidrokarbil radikal supstituisan sa jednim ili više ciano, halo, etar ili hidrokarbil tioetar grupa; i R2 je alifatična, cikloalifatična ili aromatična grupa ili njihova kombinacija koja ima 5 do 11 atoma ugljenika, gde R1 i R2 mogu da grade strukturu epitio prstena sa S. Prijava sadrži još 4 patentna zahteva.PROCESS FOR FOAM FLOTATION OF SULPHIDE AND SULPHIDIZED OXIDE MINERALS USING NEW COLLECTORS, characterized in that the ore in the form of an aqueous suspension at pH = 8-12 is subjected to a foam flotation process in the presence of 0.01-1.0 kg of flotation collector wherein the collector comprises a sulfide of formula R1 - S - R2 containing from 6 to 16 carbon atoms, provided that the sulfur is attached to aliphatic or cycloaliphatic carbon atoms, wherein: R1 is a methyl, ethyl, epoxy group or a hydrocarbyl radical substituted with one or more cyano, halo, ether or hydrocarbyl thioether groups; and R2 is an aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic group or a combination thereof having 5 to 11 carbon atoms, wherein R1 and R2 can form the structure of the S epithelium ring.
