Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA IZDVAJANJE METALNIH VREDNOSTI IZ METALNE RUDE, koji obuhvata faze podvrgavanja metalne rude, u obliku vodene pulpe, postupak penušave flotacije u prisustvu flotacionog kolektora pod takvim uslovima da se metalne vrednosti izdvajaju iz u peni, naznačen time, što kolektor obuhvata jedinjenje opšte formule: ili njihove smeše, pri čemu se R može javljati u proizvoljnoj sekvenci; i n je ceo broj od 1 do 6 ili je (-R-)n (-CH2)mC gde je m ceo broj od 0 do 6; R1 i svaki R2 su nezavisno C1-22 hidrokarbil ili C1-22 hidrokarbil supstituisan sa jednom ili više hidroksi, amino, fosfonil, alkoksi, imino, karbamil, karbonil, tiokarbonil, cijano, halo, etarskih, karboksilnih, hidrokarbiltio, hidrokarbiloksi, hidrokarbilamino ili hidrokarbilimino grupa, pod uslovom da R2 može biti divalentan radikal čije su obe valence vezane direktno za N atom R3 je H, C1-22 hidroksrbil ili supstituisani C1-22 hidroksrabil radikal; a je ceo broj 0, 1 ili 2; b je ceo broj 0,1 ili 2; pod uslovom da je zbir a i b jednak 2 izuzev kad je R2 divalentan radikal čije su obe valence vezane direktno za N atom u kojem slučaju je b=1 i 1-0 ili kada je (-R-)n (-CH2-)mC u kojem slučaju je a+b=0 i sa daljim uslovom da kada je X gde je karbonil grupa vezana za R1. Prijava sadrži još 8 patentnih zahteva.PROCEDURE FOR EXTRACTION OF METAL VALUES FROM METAL ORE, comprising the steps of subjecting metal ore, in the form of aqueous pulp, a foam flotation process in the presence of a flotation collector under conditions such that metal values are extracted from the foam, wherein the collector comprises a compound of general formula or mixtures thereof, wherein R may occur in any sequence; and n is an integer from 1 to 6 or is (-R-) n (-CH2) mC wherein m is an integer from 0 to 6; R 1 and each R 2 are independently C 1-22 hydrocarbyl or C 1-22 hydrocarbyl substituted with one or more hydroxy, amino, phosphonyl, alkoxy, imino, carbamyl, carbonyl, thiocarbonyl, cyano, halo, ether, carboxyl, hydrocarbylthio, hydrocarbyloxy, hydrocarbylamino or a hydrocarbylimino group, provided that R 2 may be a divalent radical whose both valences are attached directly to the N atom of R 3 is H, a C 1-22 hydroxyrbyl or a substituted C 1-22 hydroxrabyl radical; and the integer is 0, 1 or 2; b is an integer 0,1 or 2; provided that the sum of a and b is equal to 2 except when R 2 is a divalent radical whose both valences are attached directly to the N atom in which case b = 1 and 1-0 or when (-R-) n (-CH2-) mC in in which case a + b = 0 and with the further condition that when X is where the carbonyl group is attached to R1.
