Abstract

Rekombinant protein kompleksi koji poseduju aktivnost ljudskog Faktora VIII:C su ekspresovani u eukariotičkoj ćeliji transformisanjem ćelije sa prvom i drugom kasetom koja enkodira prvi polipeptid homologan ljudski faktor VIII:C A oblasti i drugi polipeptid homologan oblasti ljudskog Faktora VIII:C. U ovom pronalasku prvi polipeptid može biti izdužen imajući na svom C-terminalu B oblast ljudskog Faktora VIII:C N-terminal peptida polipeptid prostor od 3-40 amino kiselina, i B oblast ljudskog Faktora VIII:C C-terminal peptida. Ekspresovanje drugog polipeptida je poboljšano primenom alfa 1-antitripsin signal sekvence.
