Abstract
L'invention concerne une composition comprenant une phase continue oléagineuse, une phase discontinue non oléagineuse et un émulsifiant polyoléfinique acylé, chaque molécule de l'émulsifiant polyoléfinique acylé comprenant une partie polyoléfine soluble dans l'huile et, en moyenne sur toutes les molécules de l'émulsifiant polyoléfinique acylé, au moins un groupe acyle lié à la partie polyoléfinique soluble dans l'huile, la partie polyoléfinique soluble dans l'huile présentant une masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre de 450 à 3000 Daltons et au moins 25 % en mole de tous lesdits au moins un groupe acyle présents dans l'émulsifiant polyoléfinique acylé contenant au moins un élément parmi un groupe ester, un groupe acide carboxylique ou un sel carboxylate.
