Abstract

Des aspects de la présente invention peuvent permettre de réduire la consommation d'énergie d'un récepteur de système global de navigation par satellite (GNSS) en permettant à un UE de faire passer le récepteur GNSS d'un mode multibande à un mode monobande pour suivre et effectuer des mises à jour de localisation après avoir détecté qu'un véhicule associé au récepteur GNSS est dans un état inactif/stationnaire. Selon un aspect, un UE détecte qu'un véhicule est dans un état inactif.
