Abstract

The active mask is equipped with a thermal kit that creates a suitable temperature difference at the mask's point of use. This mentioned invention resembles our claimed design partially because of the reusable quality and the antivirus function. But the comprising parts of the two masks are different and this one does not ionize or sterilize the exhaled and inhaled air.

This mentioned design shares qualities with our claimed one in their electric heating and filtering feature. However, the material and the assemblage are very different. Also, this mask does not ionize and sterilize the air.

The mentioned utility model has some features in common with our claimed one such as antivirus heating function and being reuable. Nevertheles, there are differences between the two masks in their material and componants, for instance, this one, unlike ours, uses graphene fabric.

The invention discloses a mask laminated composite filter element material structure and a mask. The laminated composite filter element material structure comprises a carbon fiber fabric electric heating layer, and an anti-sticking non-woven fabric insulating barrier layer is arranged between the carbon fiber fabric electric heating layer and an adjacent layer; an electrode is embedded in each ofthe two ends of the carbon fiber fabric electric heating layer, and the two electrodes are connected with a battery through electric wires. A heating function is achieved through the carbon fiber fabric electric heating layer, the adsorption layer of the whole superimposed filtering structure can be dehumidified, and meanwhile temperature adjustment of a filter element material in the using process can be achieved so as to improve the breathing environment.
The mentioned mask bears a strong resemblance to our claimed one, in their electric heating function and multilayer structure. But this method relies on carbon fabric and electrodes while ours has a heating chamber and metal mesh filters. Also, this one has a renewable laminated filter whereas ours can be safely washed and reused for 6 months.

The invention discloses a breathing mask. The mask is characterized by comprising an electromagnetic module, a fan, a guide pipe, a battery module and a mask body. And the battery module is a module for electrifying the electromagnetic module and the fan. The mask is a device which covers the face, can cover the face or a triangular area of the face and is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. Certain embodiments of the invention can guarantee that a person working in a highly infected condition is prevented from being infected with a COVID-19 virus or other viruses through a respiratory tract. The method uses an electromagnetic heating mode for disinfection.
This mentioned model resembles our claimed design in that they both use electromagnetic heating for disinfection. However, their structrures are different and this one, unlike ours, does not ionize the air.

HEATING FILTER-TYPE FACE MASK AND USAGE METHOD THEREFOR
A heating filter-type face mask and a usage method therefor, the mask comprising: a face mask body and a breathing tube. The face mask body has an curvature, and an accommodating cavity is formed in the inner side of the curvature. The breathing tube is provided on the surface of the face mask body. The inside of the breathing tube is used to place a fabric structure and a heating structure at intervals, and both the fabric structure and the heating structure are breathable. The mask may improve the comfort of the face and breathing gas, increase the temperature of air inhaled, and may suppress heat intolerant pathogenic sources outside the mask and kill or shorten the survival time of heat intolerant pathogenic sources inside the mask, thereby achieving effective protection in scenarios that are conducive to low temperature pathogenic sources. The face mask may be worn and used directly or used in conjunction with a mask when the user is wearing said mask. After use, the worn heating filter-type face mask, or the worn heating filter-type face mask and the mask may be subjected to high temperature treatment, which can achieve cyclical usage of the heated filter face mask.
This invention is very similar to our claimed one in both function and assemblage of parts. However, this one does not ionize the inhaled and exhaled air and is not washable.

A portable virus-killing mask, comprising a sterilizer (1), a connecting pipe (2) and a mask body (3). When in use, a heating mechanism (6), a humidifier (7) and a heat dissipation mechanism (8) may be turned on, air passes through the heating mechanism (6), the humidifier (7) and the heat dissipation mechanism (8) in sequence from an airflow channel (11), and then enters the inside of the mask body (3) from the connecting pipe (2). Compared to traditional masks, the added heating mechanism (6) may effectively eliminate viruses in the air. Moreover, the humidity and temperature of the air entering the connecting pipe (2) from an air outlet (12) of the airflow channel (11) may be detected by means of a temperature and humidity detection sensor (9), and the detected data is sent to a controller. The controller may analyze and process the data and adjust the heating mechanism (6), the humidifier (7) and the heat dissipation mechanism (8) so as to ensure that the temperature and humidity of the air entering the connecting pipe (2) are suitable. The structure is simple, and the design is reasonable. When in use, the sterilizer (1) may be hung directly on a body, which is convenient for carrying and use.
This patent has a lot in common with our claimed one in function, design and material. However, it does not feature a heating chamber, and is not washable. Also, the durability is not conclusive to a timeline which could be a health risk.

The invention discloses an active high-temperature anti-virus mask and belongs to the technical field of masks. The mask comprises a mask body, a prompt lamp, a switch, an electric heating temperaturecontrol device, a wire and a power source. Wherein the mask main body is a filtering disinfection area correspondingly covering the mouth and the nose, and a sealing ring is arranged around the filtering disinfection area; the filtering disinfection area is of a multi-layer connection structure and at least comprises three layers: a fixed separation net is arranged on the outermost layer, a protective separation net is arranged on the innermost layer, a high-temperature filtering net is arranged in the middle, and the high-temperature filtering net is of a net structure with an electric heating function; the high-temperature filter screen is sequentially connected with the electric heating temperature control device and the power source through wires, and a switch is arranged on the wirebetween the electric heating temperature control device and the power source.
This mentioned active thermal anivirus mask is similar to our claimed patent in disinfecting and tempretature control function. But the comprising parts are different, for example this one has switch and does not use metal mesh. Also, unlike ours, this design does not priotize durability or ionize the breathed air.

The filtering device comprises a box body, a filter element protection layer, a heat preservation pipe, a heating pipe and a mobile power supply, the filter element protection layer is arranged on one side of the box body, the heat preservation pipe is arranged in the middle of the box body, the heating pipe is arranged in the heat preservation pipe, and the mobile power supply is arranged on the lower side of the box body; a heat dissipation device is arranged on the box body and located on one side of the upper end of the heat preservation pipe, one end of the heat dissipation device is connected with the heat preservation pipe, an explosive containing cavity is formed in the upper side of the heat dissipation device on the box body, the other endof the heat dissipation device is connected with the explosive containing cavity, and the explosive containing cavity is connected with the filter element protection layer through a pipeline.
This invention also provides disinfection via electric heating, but the material and design are different. For instance, this one does not use metal elements like nickel, or electromagnetic energy. Also, our design is durable and washable while this one makes no mention of this quality.

This invention similarly to ours is reusable and features antivirus protection, but It uses the heating element to mold the mask on the face not to sterilize or ionize the air. Also, the material and structure are different.

Wash-durable face mask with antimicrobial properties and/or improved washability
The present invention is directed to a face mask comprising a multi-layer filter material. One or more antimicrobial and/or hydrophilic and/or stain release agents are adhered to a textile material that forms the outer layers of the multi-layer filter material. The agent(s) is/are adhered to the textile material in such a manner that they are not released from the textile material even if the face mask is washed, so that the face mask as such is re-usable. The particular arrangement of textile layers of the face mask according to the present invention also allows that the face mask can be washed. That is, the textile and the overall structure of the face mask is preserved albeit the physical stress applied during washing. In preferred embodiments, where one or more antimicrobial agents are adhered to the textile material, the face mask can be used to protect the wearer against airborne particulate and microbial pollution, and, in particular, sanitize the inhaled air. Likewise, the environment, such as other persons, are protected from particles and microbes that are exhaled by the wearer of a face mask according to the present invention. Washability and/or usability of the textile material within the multi-layer filter material of the face mask is/are improved when one or more hydrophilic and/or stain release agents are adhered to the textile material, which is particularly advantageous to ensure that the face mask is rendered as clean as possible during wash, i.e. that absorbed or adsorbed stains are released from the textile. The invention further relates to a method of finishing a textile material by applying and binding antimicrobial and/or hydrophilic and/or stain release agents to the textile material so that the agents are essentially irreversibly adhered to the finished textile material.
This patent involves a mask with a similar function to our claimed one, however, the material and design are different. While they both have a heating feature and can be washed and reused, this one does not use metal filters or specifically nickel to ionize the air.
The mask is made of three layers of fabric, with a plastic middle layer, cut and shaped under hot rolling without a sewing machine. The mask is washable, light, and can connect to a battery via USB for activation. Wearing it for prevention requires 4-5 times a day for 15 minutes each time. The active rubber mask aids in treating viruses in sinuses and respiratory tracts when used with an oxygen balloon for 5 days continuously. It disinfects, ionizes, and heats inhaled and exhaled air, increasing oxygen absorption in lung tissue. Assembled components include an oxygen mask, syringe, element wire, USB cable, metal mesh, and thermal glass tube. The system disinfects and ionizes air by passing it through a hot electromagnetic field. The mask sterilizes inhaled and exhaled air by heating it, destroying viruses, bacteria, and microbes.
Due to the fact that the spread of the corona virus is airborne, the use of protective masks for sensitive occupational groups, including specialists in medical and therapeutic sciences, public health, prevention and infection control, occupational health professionals, environmental health professionals, health care managers and health care workers is recommended.
The most advanced masks, known as N95 which are constructed in accordance with the shape of the face and have a professional filter. These types of masks are used in ICU and sensitive areas of the hospital, but not in the operating room. The N95 mask can be used safely for 8 hours and after that it is to be discarded. If used for less than 8 hours, they can be reused provided that they are put it in a plastic bag. This mask should not be used on a daily basis, because if the person is infected, the breath easily comes out of the filter and the disease is transmitted to others.
FFP2 masks are filter masks suitable for people who are in the hospital and take care of sick people. This type of mask has a strong filter, and is only recommended for people who have tested negative. It has four layers, and is easy to breathe in, however, it is never recommended for daily use because the person may be infected and transmit the disease to others. Another common option is plastic fabric masks. Most people working in hairdressing salons use it, but they offer next to no coverage. These types of masks can be washed, but they are considered the worst type of mask. Due to the sweating that takes place, the person constantly moves it and the virus is easily transmitted.
The best mask that can be used all over the world and can prevent the virus is a surgical mask. This type of mask is completely disposable, 100% safe and secure. It cannot be ironed in any way and it can only be used for 3 to 4 hours a day. Hands must be washed before using this type of mask. And it should only be placed on the face through an elastic band, we should not touch it during use because it absorbs the virus and is infected.
According to the available options, the most important problems related to these protective masks are the durability of their function, ease of use and cost. The masks in the current market can be used for a maximum of 3-4 hours, while the claimed active mask can be used for at least one year. And it can be charged with the help of a pen battery or a power bank with a USB cable.
Solution of Problem
The mask is made from three layers of fabric, the middle layer of which is made of plastic, and it is cut and sewn under hot rolling, and there is no need for a cutting and sewing machine. One bolt of fabric for the inside, one bolt of fabric for the outside, and a plastic sheet for the middle layer is sufficient for the initial phase of the prodution. For its interior, it is passed under a hot rolling machine and finally it is pressed and sewn.
This small, washable and light mask is equipped with a USB port and cable that can connect it to a battery, charger, or power bank and activate it. In relation to the rubber version of the active mask, the passage of inhaled and exhaled air will be from a chamber with a temperature of about 80 to 90 degrees Celsius. This air at the entrance has an additional path to cool down to a breathable level. You can stabilize the heat using Bimetals.
Wearing this mask for prevention purposes is required 4 to 5 times a day and each time for 15 minutes. Using an active rubber mask in the treatment process for 5 days continuously and with an oxygen balloon (this will eliminate viruses in the sinuses and respiratory tracts) will speed up the treatment process.
This mask filter, which is formed from a coil made of thermal elements, not only heats the consumed and exhaled air and disinfects it, but also ionizes it and increases the ability to absorb oxygen and breathe in the rest of the lung tissue. The ionized air itself stimulates the tissue of the lungs and the blood and provides the means for the discharge of viruses from inside the lungs. By keeping the sinuses and respiratory tracts warm, the mask aids prevention and treatment of any viral disease. It works with an oxygen balloon and is chargeable. The element used in it is 120 Ω one hundred and twenty ohms of normal nickel wire.
This system completely disinfects and ionizes the air with any air flow from any direction by passing it through a hot electromagnetic field. This ionized and warm air, which has a suitable temperature in the breathing tract, increases the amount of oxygen absorption due to its ionization.
The mask is comprised of the following componants assembled according to the instructions: A standard oxygen mask and a 10cc syringe and 15 turns of element wire wrapped on an M6 screw and unwrapped (Ω, 9), a USB cable, two pieces of metal mesh, a thermal glass tube with a diameter of 10mm and a length of 28mm.
We put the spring made of the element inside the glass tube and remove its two ends from both sides of the tube and connect it to the USB. The syringe is used as a thermal chamber, and the glas tube which is the main source of the heaIt is then fixed by super glue and in the central axis of the syringe.
We put this set in place of the oxygen inlet valve (hose head valve), cover the exhalation holes on both sides of the mask with a piece of plastic cover with adhesive back (standard stickers, available in decoratives) and block the air flow.
By connecting to the power bank or all kinds of chargers and heating up, your thermal chamber is ready and it will sterilize your inhalation and exhalation.
It is important that the temperature created is breathable and the temperature is at a level that does not make a person uncomfortable in breathing and inhaling and exhaling, and any type of virus, bacteria and microbes will be destroyed in your inhaling and exhaling.
For production in this way and with this process, approximately 10 workers are needed, who will spend their time assembling the parts.

Examples
The invention involves a filtered mask with a thermal chamber that has the ability to heat and sterilize the exhaled air. In order to prevent the risk of diseases, specifically airborn viruses like Covid19, wearing the mask is recommended 4 to 5 times a day and each time for 15 minutes. For patients who have the symptoms and are in the treatment process, using the mask for 5 days continuously and with an oxygen balloon will speed up the treatment process. The filter ionizes and sterilizes the air via heating which increases oxygen absorbtion and eliminates any viruses in the sinuses and respiratory tracts.
This invention will be very widely used in all public places as well as healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, etc. by the staff and patients alike for both prevention and treatment purposes.

Claims (7)

  1. A reusable and chargeable active thermal mask is designed which filters inhaled air via heating and ionization, and eliminates viruses in respiratory tracts and sinuses.
  2. According to claim 1, the mask comprises a standard oxygen mask, a 10cc syringe, element wire, USB cable, two pieces of metal mesh and a 10*28mm thermal glas tube, which are assembled via glue and and hot rolling.
  3. According to claim 1, the filter of the mask is coil made from thermal elements, namely 120 Ω nickel, which disinfects and ionizes air to increase oxygen absorbtion and discharge viruses from lungs.
  4. According to claim 1, the USB cable connects the mask to a battery or direct electricity source in order to activate the heating chamber which is the syringe and heating source which is thermal glass tube, and sterilize the breathing air.
  5. According to claim 1, the filtered inhaled and exhaled air passes through the electromagnetic field and heats up to keep the respitory tracts warm, prevent disease and aid recovery.
  6. According to claim 1, the heated air with a temperature of about 80 to 90 degrees Celsius cools down to a breathable level by passing through an additional airway and is stabilized using Bimetals .
  7. According to claim 1, the mask is made with 3 layers of fused fabric and plastic which is washable and safe to reuse for 6 months.
