Abstract
L'invention concerne des procédés de synthèse de protéines acellulaires, des réactifs de synthèse de protéines acellulaires (CFPS) optimisés, et des procédés d'optimisation de réactifs CFPS pour augmenter les rendements d'expression de protéines par criblage à haut débit d'une sélection de compositions d'expression en parallèle à l'aide de faibles volumes de réactifs. Les procédés sont applicables à l'expression de protéines dans des tubes ou des plaques à l'aide d'une couche de fluide hydrophobe pour empêcher l'évaporation.
