Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de synthèse de protéines acellulaires, des réactifs de synthèse de protéines acellulaires (CFPS) optimisés, et des procédés d'optimisation de réactifs CFPS pour augmenter les rendements d'expression de protéines à l'aide de NTP supplémentaires et/ou d'une source d'énergie supplémentaire ajoutés à un modèle d'acide nucléique. Les procédés sont applicables à l'expression de protéines sur un dispositif microfluidique ayant des surfaces hydrophobes par fusion de gouttelettes sur le dispositif afin de cribler une sélection de compositions d'expression en parallèle.
