Dimethylacetamide has a transparent appearance, allowing the resin (11 ) to be produced colorless. Color pigments can be added to the resin (11 ) mixture to produce a colored drop label (10).

  • Cyclohexanone appears as a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a pleasant odor. It has a specific mass of 0.962 g/ml, which makes the resin (11 ) more elastic. The boiling point is 155.4°C, which improves the thermal resistance of the drop label (10). One of the reasons for preference is that it is colorless. Color pigments can be added to the resin (11 ) mixture to produce a colored drop label (10).

It is not possible to use a drop label (10) made directly from polyurethane in textile products since sufficient flexibility cannot be provided. Its flexibility has been improved and its thermal resistance has been increased by using Dimethylacetamide and Cyclohexanone materials in the resin (11 ) of the inventive drop label (10).

La présente invention concerne une étiquette jetable pour l'application flexible, robuste et esthétique de figures, d'images, de textes, de logos et de blasons divers sur des produits textiles, destinée à être utilisée sur des produits textiles (A) et comprenant au moins une couche de résine (11) ayant une forme convexe, ainsi qu'une couche adhésive destinée à être appliquée sur le produit textile (A).
