Definitions
- the invention relates to a medical device, in particular to an oxygen supply and anti-reverse laryngoscope blade.
- the anesthesia pharyngoscope is the preferred medical device for endotracheal intubation and glottis exposure during general anesthesia induction and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- the blades of the anesthesia pharyngoscope are mostly reused, but are gradually being replaced by disposable blades.
- the prior patent application 201510753521.9 discloses a disposable ventilation laryngoscope blade, in which the oxygen injection hole of the laryngoscope blade does not disclose the technical structure of the oxygen supply check valve. Oral secretions can easily flow back through the oxygen injection hole to contaminate the oxygen supply line on the laryngoscope handle.
- the contaminated oxygen supply line is not easy to clean and disinfect. During repeated use, the oxygen supply line is prone to pathogens entering the body with the oxygen flow due to incomplete disinfection, causing cross infection.
- an oxygen supply anti-return laryngoscope blade which includes a disposable video laryngoscope blade body, a buckle is provided at the tail end of the disposable video laryngoscope blade body, a tongue depressor is provided at the front end of the disposable video laryngoscope blade body, a laryngoscope blade inner cavity is provided inside the disposable video laryngoscope blade body, the tail end port of the laryngoscope blade inner cavity is open, the front end port of the laryngoscope blade inner cavity is highly transparent and closed, an opening communicating with the laryngoscope blade inner cavity is provided on the front end surface of the laryngoscope blade inner cavity, and a back pressure relief is provided on the opening.

- a guiding and cleaning device which includes a guiding tube, a pressing rod, a transmission rod, and a cleaning rod.
- a guiding protrusion is provided on the outer wall of the disposable video laryngoscope blade body, and the length direction of the guiding protrusion is parallel to the end face of the front end of the inner cavity of the laryngoscope blade;
- a sleeve seat is fixedly provided on the outer wall of the rear end of the disposable video laryngoscope blade body above the guiding protrusion, and the guiding tube is split and fixed in the sleeve seat;
- the axial direction of the guiding tube is parallel to the front end face of the inner cavity of the laryngoscope blade, and one end of the pressing rod and one end of the transmission rod are slidably inserted in the guiding tube;
- a pressing head is provided at the top of the pressing rod facing the outside of the tube; the end of the transmission rod outside the guide tube is split and plugged and fixed on the dirt removing
- the guide tube is a concentric reducer
- the inner cavity of the guide tube is divided into a pressing rod cavity and a transmission rod cavity
- the diameter of the pressing rod cavity is larger than the diameter of the transmission rod cavity
- the pressing rod is axially reciprocatingly slidable along the guide tube and is placed in the pressing rod cavity
- the transmission rod is axially reciprocatingly slidable along the guide tube and is placed in the transmission rod cavity
- one end of the transmission rod is separately plugged and fixed with one end of the pressing rod in the pressing rod cavity
- a return spring is sleeved on the transmission rod in the pressing rod cavity.
- the cross section of the flexible sleeve is teardrop-shaped, and the cross section of the flexible sleeve is teardrop-shaped.
- the tip of the sleeve is tightly fitted with the end surface of the front end of the inner cavity of the laryngoscope blade.
- a back-pressure flexible check valve is provided on the end face of the closed end of the inner cavity of the laryngoscope blade; when the oxygen flow passes through the air inlet of the oxygen supply duckbill check valve, the back-pressure flexible check valve opens to transport oxygen into the body; when the oxygen transport is stopped, the back-pressure flexible check valve closes to prevent reverse flow, thereby preventing oral secretions from flowing back from the oxygen supply port to pollute the inner cavity of the laryngoscope blade and avoiding the backflow of oral secretions to pollute the oxygen supply pipeline on the laryngoscope handle.

- the camera collects images and light sources through, and an opening 11 communicating with the inner cavity of the laryngoscope blade is opened on the front end surface of the inner cavity of the laryngoscope blade, and a back pressure type flexible check valve 4 is provided on the opening 11.
- the disposable video laryngoscope blade main body 1 When in use, the disposable video laryngoscope blade main body 1 is movably plugged into the extension arm of the laryngoscope handle, and the disposable video laryngoscope blade main body 1 is fixed to the laryngoscope handle by the buckle 2, and the oxygen outlet on the extension arm of the laryngoscope handle corresponds to the air inlet of the back pressure type flexible check valve 4, so that the oxygen outlet on the extension arm of the laryngoscope handle is connected with the air inlet of the back pressure type flexible check valve 4; during use, when the oxygen flow coming out of the oxygen outlet on the extension arm of the laryngoscope handle passes through the air inlet of the back pressure type flexible check valve 4, the straight-line closed opening at the front end of the back pressure type flexible check valve 4 opens to transport oxygen into the body, and when the oxygen supply stops, the back pressure type flexible check valve 4 closes to prevent oral secretions from flowing back from the oxygen supply port and contaminating the laryngoscope handle extension arm in the inner cavity
- an oxygen supply non-return laryngoscope blade comprises a disposable video laryngoscope blade body 1 and a guide and dirt removal device 5, wherein the guide and dirt removal device 5 comprises a guide tube 51, a pressing rod 52, a transmission rod 53 and a dirt removal rod 54, a buckle 2 is provided at the tail end of the disposable video laryngoscope blade body 1, a tongue depressor 3 is provided at the front end of the disposable video laryngoscope blade body 1, a laryngoscope blade inner cavity is provided inside the disposable video laryngoscope blade body 1, the tail end port of the laryngoscope blade inner cavity is open, and the front end port of the laryngoscope blade inner cavity is highly transparent and closed for camera image acquisition and light source to pass through, an opening 11 connected to the laryngoscope blade inner cavity is provided on the front end face of the laryngoscope blade inner cavity, and a back-pressure flexible check valve 4 is provided on the opening 11; a guide and dirt removal device 5 comprises a guide tube 51,
- the movable length makes it possible for the dirt removing rod 54 to not move forward and swing left and right along the disposable video laryngoscope blade body 1 during the reciprocating movement, so that the dirt removing rod 54 can be positioned stably and accurately during the reciprocating movement;
- the front end of the dirt removing rod 54 is bent and formed to be provided with a dirt removing scraper rod 58, and the dirt removing scraper rod 58 is provided with a flexible sleeve 6 that fits tightly with the end face of the front end of the inner cavity of the laryngoscope blade.
- the cross-section of the flexible sleeve 6 is a water drop shape, and the tip of the flexible sleeve 6 with a water drop shape cross-section fits tightly with the end face of the front end of the inner cavity of the laryngoscope blade.
- the operator can press the pressing head 56, and the pressing rod 52, the transmission rod 53, and the dirt removal rod 54 will be linked, and the tip of the flexible sleeve 6 on the dirt removal scraper rod 58 will scrape the secretions on the end face of the highly transparent closed end of the laryngoscope blade, allowing the camera to collect airway images in real time; through the guiding effect of the guide tube 51, the dirt removal scraper rod 58 on the dirt removal rod 54 is kept parallel to the end face of the highly transparent closed end of the laryngoscope blade and moves up and down, so that the tip of the flexible sleeve 6 fits tightly with the end face of the highly transparent closed end of the laryngoscope blade to remove dirt.
