- FIG. 16 is a drawing showing a graph showing that the vibration unit (4300) repeatedly performs vibration or stop over time by a control signal generated by the control unit (1200) of the massage device (100).
- the control unit (1200) vibrates the first vibration unit (4300a) and the second vibration unit (4300b) included in the vibration unit (4300) in different ways, thereby providing the user with a massage effect specialized for the first mode.
- the first mode refers to a mode that provides a massage capable of preventing urinary incontinence by applying vibration stimulation to the urethral sphincter around the user's perineum, and may be also referred to as a perineum massage mode.
- the control unit (1200) controls the operation of the vibrating unit (4300) so that the vibrating unit (4300) vibrates the first part of the user at the first frequency and then stops for a predetermined period of time repeatedly, and at the same time, generates a control signal for controlling the vibrating unit (4300) to vibrate the second part of the user at the second frequency, and transmits the control signal to the vibrating unit (4300).
- the control unit (1200) can control the first vibration unit (4300a) to vibrate the first part of the user at the first frequency and then stop for a predetermined period of time repeatedly, while at the same time, controlling the second vibration unit (4300b) to vibrate the second part at a variable frequency.
- the first frequency of the first vibration unit (4300a) may be f 1 Hz.
- the second frequency of the second vibration unit (4300b) may be a value selected from f 2 Hz or more and f 3 Hz or less, as illustrated in FIG. 16.
- the second frequency has a variable characteristic that changes over time, and has a characteristic of increasing or decreasing over time rather than only increasing or decreasing stepwise. Referring to Fig.
- the second frequency is f 2 Hz when it is the lowest frequency, then increases from that value to f 1 Hz, then decreases below f 1 Hz again, and then reaches the highest frequency (limit frequency) f 3 Hz. After reaching the highest frequency, the second frequency decreases again to f 1 Hz, and the aforementioned process is repeated.
- the first vibrating unit (4300a) in the first mode, can vibrate at f 1 Hz for t 1 second and then stop for t 2 seconds (a predetermined period), and can repeat the process a predetermined number of times with a total of (t 1 + t 2 ) seconds as one unit time.

- t 1 can be a longer time than t 2 .
- the first vibrating part (4300a) has a characteristic of alternating vibration and stop in the first mode, while the second vibrating part (4300b) does not stop in the first mode but continues to vibrate, but can provide a vibration stimulus to the second part while the frequency changes stepwise over time within a preset range (f 2 Hz to f 3 Hz).
- the first part stimulated by the first vibration unit (4300a) may be the user's pelvic floor muscles
- the second part stimulated by the second vibration unit (4300b) may be the user's perineum surrounding muscles.
- the first vibration unit (4300a) may strengthen the durability of the pelvic floor muscles surrounding the user's perineum through continuous contraction movement of the pelvic floor muscles.
- the second vibration unit (4300b) may increase the muscle activity of the user's perineum surrounding muscles by applying variable frequency vibration that changes the frequency over time to the user's perineum surrounding muscles.
- the principle by which the muscle activity of the perineum surrounding muscles can be increased is that vibration stimulation based on variable frequency induces a stretch reflex that causes muscle contraction, and through this, the urination reflex inhibition mechanism is strengthened, ultimately having the effect of preventing the user's urinary incontinence.
- the user may also increase the intensity of the first mode itself.
- the first vibration unit (4300a) and the second vibration unit (4300b) can vibrate at f 1 Hz and f 2 to f 3 Hz, respectively

- the angle of the body massage part (1000) of the massage device (100) is reduced compared to the reference posture (5710) and is Ang b2 degrees with respect to the ground.
- Ang b2 degrees refers to an angle set so that the user can easily leave the massage device (100) when the user feels the urge to urinate due to the vibration stimulation of the vibration part (4300), and Ang b2 degrees may be aliased as the first angle.
- the angle of the leg massage part (2000) of the massage device (100) decreases compared to the reference posture (5710) and decreases to Ang f2 degrees with respect to the vertical direction of the massage device (100).
