Abstract

The present disclosure provides methods of profiling tinyRNA that can be used in detecting, diagnosing, and/or treating a disease or disorder, including but not limited to cancer, bacterial infections, inflammatory disorders, and viral infections. The present disclosure also provides methods of identifying tiny RNA biomarkers for detecting, diagnosing, and/or treating a disease or disorder, including but not limited to cancer, bacterial infections, inflammatory disorders, and viral infections.
