Abstract

Electrochemical aptamer-based (EAB) sensors support the high-frequency, real-time monitoring of analyte in vivo. Methods for reducing the sensor drift during in vivo placements are described. EAB sensors with non-natural nucleic acid can be used to reduce sensor signal drift. The EAB sensors have improved stability and reduced signal loss.
