Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de transfert de réceptacle, un système de stockage et de récupération automatisé, et des procédés de transfert de produits entre le système de stockage et une unité de distribution. Le système de transfert de réceptacle comprend un support qui s'étend à partir de la paroi extérieure du système de stockage, un second dispositif de transfert et une unité de distribution pourvue d'une pluralité de compartiments. Un premier dispositif de transfert récupère un produit commandé par un client et place le produit sur le support. À partir du support, le produit est récupéré par un second dispositif de transfert et transféré à une unité de distribution. Au niveau de l'unité de distribution, un compartiment attribué pour stocker le produit s'ouvre automatiquement et le second dispositif de transfert libère le produit dans le compartiment attribué. Un système de commande est ensuite informé de l'achèvement du transfert de produit.
