Abstract
La présente invention concerne une buse de distribution de colle, la buse comprenant une base de buse et un corps de buse cylindrique, qui est en diamant polycristallin, la base de buse étant pourvue à l'intérieur d'un trou de placement pour placer le corps de buse, le corps de buse étant pourvu à l'intérieur d'un trou conique, qui est pourvu de l'extrémité supérieure d'une broche de percuteur externe, un trou traversant interne étant ménagé au fond du trou conique, et la base de buse étant pourvue d'un trou traversant externe, qui est en communication avec le trou traversant interne. Par comparaison avec l'état de la technique, dans la buse de distribution de colle fournie dans la présente invention, étant donné que le corps de buse en diamant polycristallin est monté dans la base de buse, il est difficile pour le corps de buse de réagir chimiquement directement avec un matériau de pièce à travailler, sans perte de cobalt, ce qui peut réduire efficacement le temps d'arrêt et le temps de réglage de machine provoqués par un remplacement fréquent de pièces, et assurer la stabilité de la qualité de traitement.
