Abstract

La présente invention concerne de manière générale des systèmes, des méthodes et des dispositifs de diagnostic permettant de détecter et/ou d'identifier des pathogènes, des matériels génomiques, des protéines et/ou d'autres petites molécules ou biomarqueurs, par exemple, en utilisant une amplification isotherme à médiation par boucle (LAMP). Dans certains modes de réalisation, un dispositif de faible encombrement à faible coût permet d'obtenir une détection et une identification rapides et fiables. L'invention concerne également des amorces d'acide nucléique destinées à être utilisées dans la détection sensible et spécifique d'agents pathogènes dans des échantillons biologiques par LAMP, qui peuvent être mis en œuvre dans les dispositifs de l'invention. Les échantillons biologiques peuvent être prélevés sur des patients, notamment des individus humains, des plantes, des aliments, de la terre, des surfaces contaminées, ou des animaux tels que le bétail.
