Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé, un système et un kit pour détecter la présence du SRAS-CoV-2 dans un échantillon. Le procédé comprend une pluralité de premières amorces, les amorces s'hybridant au génome du SRAS-CoV-2 ou à l'ADNc correspondant. Le procédé comprend en outre une pluralité de secondes amorces, les amorces s'hybridant à l'ARNm de bêta-actine humaine ou à l'ADNc correspondant. Le système comprend une transcriptase inverse WarmStart, une ADN polymérase WarmStart Bst 2,0, une première pluralité de tubes pour doser l'ARNm du SRAS-CoV-2 ou l'ADNc correspondant ; et une seconde pluralité de tubes pour le dosage indépendant et parallèle du gène de la bêta-actine humaine ou de l'ARNm correspondant. L'invention concerne également un kit de détection du SRAS-COV-2 dans un échantillon.
