Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil d'alimentation en liquide de refroidissement capable d'obtenir une efficacité de refroidissement d'un liquide de refroidissement de traitement normal, qui contient des ingrédients chimiques, même lorsque de l'eau ou de l'alcool normal est utilisé comme liquide de refroidissement pour abaisser la chaleur générée lors du traitement de composants de dispositif à semi-conducteur et similaires d'un dispositif d'affichage.
