Figur 1 zeigt ein Gerät (10) zur Durchführung eines Vibrationstrainings durch einen Gerät- ebenutzer (nicht abgebildet). Das Gerät besteht aus einem starr ausgebildeten Grundkörper (G), der über vier Standfüße (40a-d, nicht alle in dieser Perspektive sichtbar) auf dem Boden abgestellt wird. Das Gerät weist zudem eine bezüglich des Grundkörpers (G) beweglich ausgebildeten Plattform (11) auf. Das Gerät umfasst zudem zwei Griffe (12a, 12b), die ein Abstützen des Gerätebenutzers mittels seiner Hände ermöglichen, wobei die Griffe (12a, 12b) über eine Tragstruktur (13) mit der Plattform (11) verbunden sind und die Trag- struktur (13) zwei U-förmige Tragrohre (14a, 14b) mit jeweils einem geraden Rohrabschnitt (14a‘,14b‘) und zwei jeweils vom geraden Rohrabschnitt (14a‘,14b‘) abgewinkelten Tragefüße (14a“, 14b“) umfasst. Die Plattform (11) weist vier Aufnahmen (12, nicht alle in dieser Perspektive vollständig sichtbar) mit Auflagepunkten (A) auf, die dazu eingerichtet sind, die Tragefüße (14a“, 14b“) der Tragestruktur aufzunehmen, wobei jede Aufnahme (12) in zumindest drei zueinander senkrecht stehende Richtungsachsen nach außen hin geöffnet ist. Der Tragefuß (14a“) könnte somit beispielsweise nach oben, rechts bzw. links und vorne bewegt werden und der Tragefuß (14b“) könnte somit beispielsweise nach oben, rechts bzw. links und hinten bewegt werden. Da die Tragefüße allerdings über die U-förmigen Tragrohre (14a, 14b) verbunden sind, wird ein verschieben allerdings verhindert und es ist lediglich möglich, die Tragestruktur nach oben hin abzunehmen. Allerdings wird durch die geöffnete Ausführung der Aufnahmen (12) ein erneutes Positionieren der Tragestruktur vereinfacht. Das Gerät umfasst einen elektrisch betreibbaren Aktuator (nicht abgebildet), welcher dazu eingerichtet ist, die Plattform (11) und die mit der Plattform verbundenen Griffe (12a, 12b) in eine Vibrationsbewegung (V) zu versetzen, wobei die Plattform (11) über den Aktuator mit dem Grundkörper (G) verbunden ist. Die Griffe (12a, 12b) sind auf den geraden Rohrabschnitten (14a‘,14b‘) angeordnet und können entlang der geraden Rohrabschnitte (14a‘,14b‘) verschoben werden können, um den horizontalen Abstand (A) zwischen den zwei Griffen (12a, 12b) stufenlos innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Bereichs zu variierten. Auf den geraden Rohrabschnitten (14a) der Tragrohre der Tragstruktur (13) und zwischen den Griffen (12a, 12b) ist zudem ein Sitz (15) angeordnet. Die Plattform (11) ist mit einer Trittfläche (16) aus Gummi belegt, die vorliegend mit der Plattform verklebt ist und einen sicheren Stand des Gerätebenutzers sicherstellt.
