Abstract

본 발명은 표적 핵산을 단일화된 특정 서열을 갖는 유니버셜 코드로 변환하여 검출 및 증폭하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 무효소 반응으로 표적 핵산을 검출하거나 검출 신호를 증폭할 수 있으며, 다양한 표적 핵산을 미리 지정해둔 유니버셜 코드로 전환/단일화할 수 있으므로, 표적 핵산 각각에 대한 프로브를 매번 새로 디자인할 필요가 없어, 복잡한 구조의 검출 시스템에 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.
