Description
本发明涉及电加热产品技术领域,特别是涉及一种电子烟。
吸烟有害健康已经成为了人们的共识,因为香烟中的焦油含有大量危害人们身体的成分,长时间抽烟的人甚至会患上癌症,危及抽烟者的生命。而电子烟,作为一种新型用于戒烟和替代香烟的电热产品应运而生,电子烟有着近似香烟的味道,但是危害却远比香烟要小,因此深受目前广大烟民的喜欢。
目前市场上的电子烟是采用电加热的方式,烟杆内部设有电池,进气孔一般设在烟弹底端,气流从烟弹底部进入,电子烟在电加热后产生的烟雾从烟弹的上半部流出,进而流到烟嘴被抽烟者使用,由于从烟弹发出的烟雾温度很高,烟雾流通的路径太短,到达烟嘴处的烟雾还会有较高的温度,容易烫伤抽烟者。
基于此,有必要针对电子烟烟雾温度较高的问题,提供一种利用气导结构降低烟雾温度电子烟。

在本实施例中,外管组件10和烟嘴20之间设有密封元件50。气体进入电子烟后会在电子烟内部进行流通,外管组件10和烟嘴20之间的密封环境可以防止气体从外管组件10与烟嘴20之间的安装间隙流出电子烟外,造成气体的浪费。
具体地,密封元件50为密封环,烟嘴20底部的外周设有安装槽,密封环安装于安装槽内,并与外管组件10相接触。换言之,烟嘴20在外管组件10上安装后,密封环的存在使烟嘴20和外管组件10之间没有间隙,紧密连接不会造成气体从烟嘴20和外管组件10之间的安装间隙流出的情况。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,烟嘴20底部可以与外管组件10螺纹连接。只要保持烟嘴20和外管组件10安装后是紧密连接就可以。
本实施例的电子烟,还包括安装架60,安装架60的外周与外管组件10的内壁相接触,安装架60上设有连接孔,连接孔的底端与发热杯的顶端相接,安装架60的上端面与烟嘴20的底端抵接。烟雾从加热杯的顶端流出后,会从连接孔流至安装架60的上方,由于安装架60的外周与外管组件10的内壁相接触,烟雾向下流动的路径被封堵,烟雾只能从烟嘴20内部往上流动至烟嘴20的顶端出口。如此设置,可保证烟嘴20的顶端出口的出烟量。
本实施例的电子烟,还包括延伸套筒70,延伸套筒70的一端套设于夹烟筒30内部,延伸套筒70的另一端伸出夹烟筒30外,并延伸至加热元件110附近。在本实施例中,延伸套筒70的长度大于夹烟筒30内部空间的长度,延伸套筒70的设置能够使外界流入的气体一直从烟弹顶部向下流至烟弹与加热元件相接触的位置,防止气体流到夹烟筒30底端时沿夹烟筒30与烟嘴20侧壁之间的空隙混合烟雾一块流到烟嘴20,因为气体的回流会造成烟雾的稀释,用户吸到的烟雾的浓度会大大降低。
综上所述,本实施例的电子烟产生的烟雾在电子烟内部流通路径要比传统电子烟更长,用户吸入的烟雾温度能够得到较大程度的降低,用户对本实施例的电子烟的体验会更好。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:外管组件,包括加热元件和用于容置烟弹的腔体,所述加热元件设置于所述腔体内;烟嘴,所述烟嘴的底端与所述外管组件密封连接,所述烟嘴的内部与所述腔体相连通;夹烟筒,用于夹持烟弹,设置于所述烟嘴的内部并与烟嘴的侧壁之间设有间隙,所述夹烟筒的顶端封闭;以及进气件,所述进气件的两端分别与所述烟嘴和所述夹烟筒相接,所述进气件上设有进气孔,所述进气孔的两端分别连通外界和所述夹烟筒的内部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟嘴的侧壁上设有第一通孔,所述夹烟筒的侧壁上设置有第二通孔,所述进气件设置于所述第二通孔内,且所述进气件的一端伸入所述夹烟筒内部,所述进气件的另一端抵接于所述第一通孔的孔口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外管组件和所述烟嘴之间设有密封元件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封元件为密封环,所述烟嘴底部的外周设有安装槽,所述密封环安装于所述安装槽内,并与所述外管组件相接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟嘴内部设有定位部,所述夹烟筒的顶端与所述定位部相抵接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述夹烟筒的顶部设有通气部,所述通气部两端分别连通所述烟嘴的顶端出口和所述夹烟筒与所述烟嘴之间的空隙。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述定位部上设置有出气孔,所述通气部为凹槽,所述凹槽的一端端口位于所述夹烟筒的顶端,且与所述出气孔相通,所述凹槽的另一端端口位于所述夹烟筒的侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述加热元件为加热杯,所述加热杯上设有有效加热区,所述有效加热区用于对烟弹进行加热,所述有效加热区的数量为一个或两个以上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括安装架,所述安装架的外周与所述外管组件的内壁相接触,所述安装架上设有连接孔,所述连接孔的两端分别连通所述加热杯顶端和所述烟嘴底端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括延伸套筒,所述延伸套筒套的一端套设于所述夹烟筒内部,所述延伸套筒的另一端伸出所述夹烟筒外,并延伸至所述加热元件附近。
