技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及一种防过热雾化器及电子烟。
背景技术
雾化器是电子烟中的关键结构,其将烟油加热形成烟雾供用户吸食。雾化器对烟油的加热效果严重影响加热所得烟雾的质量,当雾化器对烟油加热使其充分雾化而又不致过烧、焦糊时,所得烟雾的口感最佳,用户体验最好。
现有的电子烟中,大多是通过棉花等导油结构将烟油从储油仓中导出至雾化器的加热丝,通过双边供油的方式,导油结构将烟油传导至发热丝的两端。
当电子烟的体积和内部空间较小时,受结构限制,多采用单边供油的方式,但此时容易造成导油结构在远离储油仓的一端供油不足,形成烟油烧焦,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种防过热雾化器及电子烟,利用本发明的装置,可以防止对电子烟中的雾化器采用单边供油的方式时,导油结构在远离储油仓的一端出现供油不足导致烟油烧焦的问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种防过热雾化器,包括:导油结构,所述导油结构的中间段附着在发热丝上,所述发热丝由发热丝支撑架固定支撑,所述导油结构的一端为自由端,另一端为供油端。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述发热丝为螺旋线圈,所述螺旋线圈呈两端开口的中空柱体,所述导油结构贯穿所述中空柱体且所述导油结构的中间段与所述发热丝接触。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述导油结构包括条状导油棉。
一种电子烟,包括:电子烟外壳,所述电子烟外壳上设置烟嘴,所述电子烟外壳内设置有储油仓、与所述烟嘴连通的烟雾通道以及权利要求1至3中任一项所述的防过热雾化器,所述储油仓与所述防过热雾化器的导油结构中的供油端连通,所述储油仓向所述导油结构单边供油。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述烟雾通道位于所述烟嘴下方,所述烟雾通道的下方设置所述防过热雾化器,所述储油仓位于所述烟雾通道旁;所述防过热雾化器中的发热丝支撑架固定设置在所述电子烟外壳的内侧底部。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述电子烟外壳呈扁平状。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的防过热雾化器中,设置导油结构,使导油结构的中间段附着在由发热丝支撑架固定支撑的发热丝上,导油结构的一端为自由端,另一端为供油端。因导油结构只有中间段与发热丝接触,烟油从供油端传至自由端时,有部分烟油可以存储在导油结构的自由端,在发热丝对导油结构中间段上的烟油加热时,供油端的烟油和存储在自由端的烟油可以同时向导油结构中间段供油,使单边进油的雾化器达到临时双边进油的效果,防止导油结构在远离储油仓的一端出现供油不足导致烟油烧焦的问题。应用上述防过热雾化器的电子烟结构简单,体积小。

图2中防过热雾化器的附图标记为A。
本发明的防过热雾化器中,导油结构1的中间段附着在发热丝2上,发热丝2由发热丝支撑架3固定支撑;导油结构1的一端为自由端101,另一端为供油端102。供油端102以单边供油的方式将烟油从供油端102传导至导油结构1的中间段,再传导至自由端101,使自由端101存储一定量的烟油。当发热丝2将导油结构1中间段的烟油雾化时,供油端102的烟油和自由端101存储的烟油均可向导油结构1中间段供油,使单边进油的雾化器达到临时的双边进油的效果,防止导油结构1远离供油端102的一端出现供油不足导致过热烧焦的问题,保持了烟雾口感,维护用户体验。
本实施例中,优选地,发热丝2为螺旋线圈,螺旋线圈呈两端开口的中空柱体,导油结构1贯穿中空柱体且导油结构1的中间段与发热丝2接触。此时,导油结构1与发热丝2的接触更为均匀、稳定,接触面积有保证。
此处,优选地,导油结构1包括条状导油棉,进一步提高了导油结构1与螺旋线圈接触的均匀性与稳定性。
本发明的电子烟中,包括电子烟外壳4,电子烟外壳4上设置烟嘴5,电子烟外壳4内设置有储油仓6、与烟嘴5连通的烟雾通道7以及上述任一种防过热雾化器A。其中,储油仓6与防过热雾化器A的导油结构1中的供油端102连通,储油仓6向所述导油结构1单边供油。单边供油方式可以简化电子烟的结构,使电子烟小型化。
本实施例中,优选地,烟雾通道7位于烟嘴5下方,烟雾通道7的下方设置防过热雾化器A,如此,防过热雾化器A产生的烟雾直接通过烟雾通道7到达烟嘴5,供用户吸食。储油仓6位于烟雾通道7旁边,防过热雾化器A中的发热丝支撑架3固定设置在电子烟外壳4的内侧底部。以上结构布局可以有效利用电子烟外壳4的内部空间,使电子烟的体积进一步减小。
进一步地,电子烟外壳4呈扁平状,外形新颖且便于用户夹持。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防过热雾化器,其特征在于:所述发热丝为螺旋线圈,所述螺旋线圈呈两端开口的中空柱体,所述导油结构贯穿所述中空柱体且所述导油结构的中间段与所述发热丝接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防过热雾化器,其特征在于:所述导油结构包括条状导油棉。
  4. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:电子烟外壳,所述电子烟外壳上设置烟嘴,所述电子烟外壳内设置有储油仓、与所述烟嘴连通的烟雾通道以及权利要求1至3中任一项所述的防过热雾化器,所述储油仓与所述防过热雾化器的导油结构中的供油端连通,所述储油仓向所述导油结构单边供油。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟雾通道位于所述烟嘴下方,所述烟雾通道的下方设置所述防过热雾化器,所述储油仓位于所述烟雾通道旁;所述防过热雾化器中的发热丝支撑架固定设置在所述电子烟外壳的内侧底部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟外壳呈扁平状。
