技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域, 具体涉及一种电子烟及其雾化装置。
背景技术
电子烟是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品, 其主要包括蓄油棉、 雾化装 置和电池。 电池为雾化装置提供电能, 使雾化装置发热, 进而将蓄油棉中的油 液汽化以散发油烟, 从而达到仿真香烟的效果。
其中雾化器包括发热丝和发热丝固定机构, 目前而言, 雾化器, 特别是透 明雾化器的发热丝固定机构均为硅胶机构,亦即雾化器的发热丝固定于硅胶机 构上。
然而, 由于硅胶的耐高温性能较差, 一般不能承受高于 200° 的温度, 因 此当发热丝温度过高时, 硅胶就会碳化并产生粉层, 当用户吸食电子烟时, 粉 层就很容易顺着吸取气流而被用户吸入体内,进而对人体健康造成严重的威胁 和伤害。
因此,如何降低甚至避免电子烟上的硅胶碳化对人体健康造成影响,是目 前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种电子烟及其雾化装置,通过用陶瓷机构代替硅胶 机构来固定发热丝的方式,能够避免现有电子烟上硅胶碳化对人体健康造成影 响。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例公开了一种电子烟及其雾化装置,通过用陶瓷机构代替硅胶 机构来固定发热丝的方式,能够避免现有电子烟上硅胶碳化对人体健康造成影 响。
下面结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚 和详细的描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例, 而不是 全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性 劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。请参阅图 1 , 本发明实施例的雾化装置, 与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 包括发热丝 11和发 热丝固定机构组成的发热部件,
所述发热丝固定机构为陶瓷固定机构 12;
所述陶瓷固定机构 12包括由陶瓷材料制成或表面为陶瓷材料层的陶瓷座
121和陶瓷盖 122, 所述陶瓷座 121设置有连通至所述陶瓷座 121端部的凹槽 123 , 所述陶瓷盖 122安装在所述陶瓷座 121上并盖设所述凹槽 123 , 所述发 热丝 11安装在所述陶瓷座 121上并位于所述陶瓷盖 122与所述凹槽 123围成 的空间内。 本发明的雾化装置中, 发热部件包括陶瓷固定机构 12和发热丝 11 , 其中 陶瓷固定机构 12用于固定发热丝 11。 请参阅图 2、 图 3及图 4, 其中图 2为 陶瓷盖 122的结构示意图, 图 3为陶瓷座 121的结构示意图。 所述陶瓷座 121 设置有连通至所述陶瓷座 121端部的凹槽 123 , 所述陶瓷盖 122安装在所述陶 瓷座 121上并盖设所述凹槽 123 , 所述发热丝 11安装在所述陶瓷座 121上并 位于所述陶瓷盖 122与所述凹槽 123围成的空间内。陶瓷盖 122上可以开设与 发热丝 11相配合适应的卡槽, 通过固定陶瓷盖 122的方式可以间接固定发热 丝 11。
在本实施例中,陶瓷座 121内位于所述凹槽 123的底壁开设与上述发热丝 11相配合适应的卡槽 126, 以便发热丝 11能够固定于陶瓷座 121 内, 具体在 本实施例中,所述陶瓷座 121的中部轴向开设有延伸至所述凹槽 123内及所述 陶瓷座 121—端面的通气孔 127, 所述凹槽 123的底壁位于所述通气孔 127的 两侧对称开设两道与所述发热丝 11的形状相适配的呈 U形的所述卡槽 126, 以卡住发热丝 11的两端, 而在发热丝 11为其它形状时, 陶瓷座 121内的卡槽 126可以根据该形状做出适应性调整。
可选地 ,
所述陶瓷盖 122收容在所述凹槽 123内, 并位于所述陶瓷座 121的一端。 由于陶瓷盖 122直接可以收纳在陶瓷座 121内部的凹槽 123空间,亦即陶瓷盖 122与陶瓷座 121之间无需设置额外的连接结构, 因此能够提高组装效率及增 强结构紧凑性。 所述陶瓷盖 122的周缘开设有两个相互对称的缺口 128, 所述 雾化装置的用于导油的玻纤线 129从所述缺口 128延伸出, 所述发热丝 11缠 绕在所述玻纤线 129上并用于将所述玻纤线 129上的烟油雾化。 所述陶瓷盖 122的中部开设有用于将所述凹槽 123内的烟雾排出的通孔 120。
可选地 ,
所述凹槽 123与所述陶瓷盖 122位置相对的槽壁开设有连通至所述陶瓷座
121一端的用于供所述发热丝 11穿出的穿孔 124,例如可以在上述的槽壁内对 称开设两个穿孔 124, 以供发热丝 11的连接线能够从两个穿孔 124穿出。 这 种设计可以替代发热丝从陶瓷座侧壁排布的方式,能够避免因发热丝从陶瓷座 侧壁排布而形成间隙导致漏油的情况,同时可以避免发热丝与陶瓷座侧壁的非 陶瓷材料接触灼烧所述非陶瓷材料。

所述雾化装置还包括用于与所述电池组件电连接的同轴嵌套设置的外电 极 13及内电极 14, 所述陶瓷座 121插设在所述外电极 13的一端内并与所述 内电极 14相接触。 所述外电极 13设置有与所述通气孔 127相连通的进气孔 131。 外电极 13及内电极 14为金属材料制成, 均为热的良导体, 因此可以将 陶瓷座的热量通过所述外电极 13散出, 从而避免热量沉集在陶瓷座上而产生 的烫手。
可选地 ,
所述雾化装置还包括透明的外套管 15及透明的用于为所述玻纤线 129输 油的烟油杯 16, 所述烟油杯 16及所述陶瓷固定机构 12同轴设置并均套设在 所述外套管 15内。 透明外套管 15及透明烟油杯 16的设计可以便于用户观察 烟油量, 从而能够防止没有烟油时继续抽烟而使发热丝 11干烧玻纤线 129。 在本实施例中, 所述外套管 15包括同轴设置的第一套管 151及第二套管 152, 第一套管 151套在所述烟油杯 16上, 所述第二套管 152套在所述烟油杯 16 的一端及所述外电极 13上, 所述外套管 15的周面还包覆有一层贴纸 18, 以 模仿真烟, 提高用户体验。
可选地 ,
所述烟油杯 16 内设置有贯穿所述烟油杯 16 两端并连通至所述凹槽 123 内的烟雾通道 161 , 所述烟雾通道 161的一端套设有氏顶在所述陶瓷盖 122上 的弹性密封管 17。 弹性密封管 17的设计能够防止烟油渗入烟雾通道内而使用 户吸食时吸到烟油, 此外, 这种设计还能够更可靠地固定陶瓷盖 122及发热丝 11。 吸烟时, 气流从所述外电极 13的进气孔 131经过所述通气孔 127进入所 述凹槽 123内, 然后与凹槽 123内的烟雾混合,再通过所述烟雾通道 161送入 吸烟者口腔。 通过设置在所述外电极 13上的进气孔 131及陶瓷座 121上的所 述通气孔 127, 因而可降低所述外电极 13及陶瓷座 121的温度, 避免吸烟时 沉积过高温度而烫手, 此外, 其可提高烟雾温度, 使烟雾更接近烟草燃烧的温 度, 从而提高用户体验。
可选地 , 所述陶瓷座 121为棱柱体;
所述陶瓷盖 122为棱柱体或圓柱体;
所述陶瓷盖 122的形状与所述凹槽 123的形状相适配。
上述陶瓷座 121可以为棱柱体; 所述陶瓷盖 122可以为棱柱体或圓柱体; 所述陶瓷座 121上设计有与所述陶瓷盖 122相配合的槽位。陶瓷座 121为棱柱 体可以便于将加热机构固定于电子烟内,同时可以保证加热机构不会发生转动 的情况, 进而提高电子烟使用的安全性; 陶瓷盖 122可以为棱柱体, 可以为圓 柱体, 也可以为其它形状, 在此处不做限定; 陶瓷座 121 上设计有与陶瓷盖 122相配合的槽位, 用于固定陶瓷盖 122。
具体地, 上述的陶瓷座 121可以为八棱柱; 上述的陶瓷盖 122可以为八棱 柱或圓柱体。
可选地 ,
所述陶瓷座 121外侧设置有卡位 125 , 用于固定所述陶瓷固定机构 12。 可选地 ,
所述陶瓷座 121外侧对称位置上设置有所述卡位 125。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案, 所述外电极 13—端设置有与所述卡位位 置相对应的卡口 132, 所述卡位 125卡入所述卡口 132内, 从而将所述陶瓷固 定机构 12固定在所述外电极 13内。
本发明的雾化装置, 采用具有良好耐高温性的陶瓷固定机构 12作为发热 丝 11的固定机构, 能够避免现有雾化装置上硅胶碳化对人体健康造成影响, 进而提高了电子烟上雾化装置使用的安全性, 同时透明外套管 15、 透明烟油 杯 16及弹性密封管 17等的设计可以进一步增强本发明雾化装置的实用性。
上面简单介绍了本发明雾化装置实施例,下面对本发明电子烟实施例进行 详细的描述, 请参阅图 4及图 5 , 本发明实施例中电子烟实施例包括:
雾化装置和电池组件,所述雾化装置为如上述的雾化装置,在此不再贅述。 所述电池组件用于与所述雾化装置连接并为所述雾化装置供电,所述电池组件 内设置有电池及用于控制所述电池为所述雾化装置供电的控制模块,所述电池 组件为现有技术, 在此不再贅述。 在本实施例中, 所述雾化装置和电池组件为 可拆卸连接。可以理解的是, 所述雾化装置和电池组件可以是不可拆卸的一体 结构。
综上所述, 本发明中的雾化装置及其与电池组件组合形成的电子烟, 采用 具有良好耐高温性的陶瓷固定机构 12作为发热丝的固定机构, 能够避免现有 电子烟上硅胶碳化对人体健康造成影响, 进而提高了电子烟使用的安全性; 此 外, 由于所述发热丝 11安装在所述陶瓷座 121上并位于所述陶瓷盖 122与所 述凹槽 123围成的空间内, 因而可提高组装效率及使发热丝 11 固定更稳定可 靠, 避免了因运输或使用过程中因震荡等原因使发热丝 11脱落的情况。
以上对本发明所提供的电子烟及其雾化装置进行了详细介绍。本文中应用 了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用 于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技 术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和 修饰, 这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种雾化装置, 与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 包括发热丝 (11 )和发 热丝固定机构组成的发热部件, 其特征在于,
所述发热丝固定机构为陶瓷固定机构 (12);
所述陶瓷固定机构( 12)包括由陶瓷材料制成或表面为陶瓷材料层的陶瓷 座( 121 )和陶瓷盖 ( 122 ), 所述陶瓷座 ( 121 )设置有连通至所述陶瓷座 ( 121 ) 端部的凹槽 ( 123 ), 所述陶瓷盖 ( 122)安装在所述陶瓷座 ( 121 )上并盖设所 述凹槽 ( 123 ), 所述发热丝 ( 11 )安装在所述陶瓷座 ( 121 )上并位于所述陶 瓷盖 (122) 与所述凹槽(123) 围成的空间内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于,
所述陶瓷盖 ( 122 )收容在所述凹槽( 123 ) 内, 并位于所述陶瓷座 ( 121 ) 的一端。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述凹槽 ( 123 )与所 述陶瓷盖 ( 122)位置相对的槽壁开设有连通至所述陶瓷座 ( 121 )一端的用于 供所述发热丝 (11 ) 穿出的穿孔(124)。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述雾化装置还包括 用于与所述电池组件电连接的同轴嵌套设置的外电极(13 )及内电极(14), 所述陶瓷座(121 )插设在所述外电极(13 ) 的一端内并与所述内电极(14) 相接触。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述雾化装置还包括 透明的外套管 (15)及透明的烟油杯(16), 所述烟油杯(16)及所述陶瓷固 定机构 (12) 同轴设置并均套设在所述外套管 (15) 内。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述烟油杯(16) 内 设置有贯穿所述烟油杯(16) 两端并连通至所述凹槽(123) 内的烟雾通道, 所述烟雾通道的一端套设有抵顶在所述陶瓷盖 (122)上的弹性密封管 (17)。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于,
所述陶瓷座 ( 121 ) 为棱柱体;
所述陶瓷盖(122) 为棱柱体或圓柱体; 所述陶瓷盖(122) 的形状与所述凹槽(123) 的形状相适配。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于,
所述陶瓷座(121 )外侧设置有卡位(125), 用于将固定所述陶瓷固定机12)。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于,
所述陶瓷座 ( 121 )外侧对称位置上设置有所述卡位 ( 125 )。
10、 一种电子烟, 包括雾化装置和电池组件, 其特征在于,
所述雾化装置为权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的雾化装置。
