一种电子烟防冷凝结构及电子烟
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟防冷凝结构及电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟的雾化器与烟嘴之间设置烟雾通道,当雾化器产生的高温烟雾通过烟雾通道时,由于烟雾通道的内壁与外壁之间存在温度差,会导致高温烟雾中的水汽在烟雾通道的内壁发生冷凝,产生冷凝液附着在烟雾通道的内壁上,冷凝液静置一段时间累积至汇聚成股时,若烟嘴朝下,混有残留烟油、灰尘的冷凝液被用户吸入口中,会带来非常糟糕的口感,若烟嘴朝上,冷凝液回流至雾化器,可能造成爆油或者雾化器电子元件受损,损坏电子烟。
现有技术中有关于处于电子烟冷凝液的结构,是在烟雾通道中设置棉花,棉花吸收冷凝液的效果好,但占用空间大,并且需要定时更换,不耐久;或者设计冷凝液收集装置,但其结构复杂。无论是棉花还是冷凝液收集装置,都会使应用以上结构的电子烟的结构复杂化,并且对电子烟的内部空间大小有一定要求。
因此,需要设计一种结构简单、耐久,最好不用时常更换的解决电子烟冷凝问题的结构,同时,设计出适宜于应用该结构的电子烟。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种电子烟防冷凝结构及电子烟,利用电子烟防冷凝结构,可以防止冷凝液的产生,根除了冷凝液对电子烟造成的影响,并且结构简单,持久耐用,应用该电子烟防冷凝结构的电子烟小型化、结构简单化。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种电子烟防冷凝结构,包括:烟雾通道,所述烟雾通道的内壁上固定设置有绝热结构。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述绝热结构的材质为玻纤。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述绝热结构包括贴合所述烟雾通道的内壁的绝热片。
一种电子烟,包括:电子烟外壳,储油仓,雾化器,烟嘴以及上述任一项所述的电子烟防冷凝结构,所述烟雾通道位于所述雾化器与所述烟嘴之间,所述储油仓通过导油棉向所述雾化器中的发热丝供油。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述电子烟外壳呈扁平状,所述储油仓位于所述烟雾通道旁,所述雾化器位于所述烟雾通道的下方,所述烟嘴位于所述烟雾通道的上方。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的电子烟防冷凝结构中,在烟雾通道的内壁固定设置有绝热结构,可以避免烟雾通道的内部与外部存在温度差,从根本上杜绝了烟雾通道中高温烟雾含有的水汽遇冷凝结,也就不会有积液留在烟雾通道的内壁上,解决了电子烟冷凝液的处理问题。以上结构简单耐久,应用该电子烟防冷凝结构的电子烟,结构得到简化,同时体积减小。

烟雾通道1,绝热结构2,电子烟外壳3,储油仓4,雾化器5以及烟嘴6。
本发明的电子烟防冷凝结构中,包括烟雾通道1,烟雾通道1中通过高温烟雾,在烟雾通道1的内壁上固定设置有绝热结构2,绝热结构2与烟雾通道1的内壁可以粘接,也可以通过机械结构卡接或者通过连接件固定,二者稳固连接在一起,此时,绝热结构2可以避免烟雾通道的内部与外部存在温度差,从根本上杜绝了烟雾通道中高温烟雾含有的水汽遇冷凝结,也就不会有积液留在烟雾通道的内壁上,解决了电子烟冷凝液的处理问题,结构简单耐久,占用体积小。
本实施例中,优选地,绝热结构2的材质可以选用玻纤,玻纤本身的绝热性能好,吸水性差,不会造成高温烟雾中的水汽滞留;同时,玻纤的形状可塑性强,又能耐腐蚀抗老化,性能稳定;玻纤颜色多样,可以提高产品的美观程度。
本实施例中,优选的,绝热结构2包括贴合烟雾通道1的内壁的绝热片。此时,绝热片覆盖烟雾通道1的内壁的面积越大,烟雾通道1的内壁与外壁之间的绝热效果越好,防冷凝效果也就越好。
本发明的电子烟中,包括上述任一种电子烟防冷凝结构,还包括电子烟外壳3,电子烟外壳3中设置有储油仓4,储油仓4通过导油棉(图中未示出)向雾化器5中的发热丝501供油,雾化器5产生的烟雾通过烟雾通道1传至烟嘴6。该电子烟在解决冷凝液问题的同时,结构简单。
本实施例中,优选地,电子烟外壳3呈扁平状,易于拿取、存放,位于电子烟外壳3中的储油仓4位于烟雾通道1旁,雾化器5位于烟雾通道1的下方,烟嘴6位于烟雾通道1的上方。以上结构布局可以有效利用电子烟外壳3的内部空间,使电子烟小型化。

  1. 一种电子烟防冷凝结构,其特征在于,包括:烟雾通道,所述烟雾通道的内壁上固定设置有绝热结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟防冷凝结构,其特征在于:所述绝热结构的材质为玻纤。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子烟防冷凝结构,其特征在于:所述绝热结构包括贴合所述烟雾通道的内壁的绝热片。
  4. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:电子烟外壳,储油仓,雾化器,烟嘴以及权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电子烟防冷凝结构,所述烟雾通道位于所述雾化器与所述烟嘴之间,所述储油仓通过导油棉向所述雾化器中的发热丝供油。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟外壳呈扁平状,所述储油仓位于所述烟雾通道旁,所述雾化器位于所述烟雾通道的下方,所述烟嘴位于所述烟雾通道的上方。
