Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'électroformage d'une aiguille creuse pourvue d'un trou latéral, le procédé consistant à utiliser un moule d'aiguille radialement extensible (100) présentant une structure de formation de trou latéral en saillie (108) et une couche de germe métallique (150), la couche de germe métallique étant déposée sur une surface de formation d'aiguille (106) à l'exception d'une surface de formation de trou latéral (110) au niveau de la position de formation de trou latéral. Le procédé comprend en outre l'électroformage d'un métal et la réalisation d'une couche d'aiguille métallique électroformée (160) sur la couche de germe métallique déposée (150), la couche d'aiguille métallique électroformée (160) fournissant une structure de paroi de couche d'aiguille (162) entourant une lumière interne (164) et un trou latéral (166) étant ainsi formé dans la structure de paroi (162) au niveau d'une position de formation de trou latéral. Le procédé comprend en outre l'extension du moule d'aiguille radialement extensible (100) et ainsi la libération de la couche d'aiguille métallique électroformée (160) du moule d'aiguille (100), la couche d'aiguille métallique électroformée (160) comprenant une partie de corps (176), la partie de corps (176) étant une partie de corps de l'aiguille creuse (170) pourvue du trou latéral (172).
