烟弹及电子烟 技术领域
本发明模拟吸烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种烟弹及采用该烟弹的电子烟。
背景技术
目前,电子烟已经成为市场上一种比较成熟的吸烟替代品,其通过电池对烟弹中的发热单元进行供电,使发热单元在电驱动下加热烟液产生烟雾,以供用户吸食。
传统的可注液雾化器,雾化壳体上的进液孔通常和储液腔连通,当电子烟长时间不使用时,储液腔内的烟液能够通过进液孔进入到雾化壳体内,雾化壳体内的吸液件能够逐渐吸收进入到雾化壳体内的烟液。而雾化壳体的内腔通常和外界连通,被吸液件吸收的烟液挥发至外界,而且长期与空气接触,可能会造成烟液变质,使得吸液件能够反复吸收进入到雾化壳体内的烟液,当用户再次使用电子烟时,储液腔内的部分烟液已经被吸液件吸收,储液腔内的烟液量减少,使得储液腔内的烟液不易储存,甚至造成金钱浪费。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述问题之一,提供一种烟弹及采用该烟弹的电子烟。
本发明的第一方面提供了一种烟弹,其包括烟弹壳体、收容于所述烟弹壳体内的活动结构和雾化结构,所述烟弹壳体的内腔形成储液腔,所述烟弹壳体上开设有通气孔,所述活动结构包括设于所述烟弹壳体内的隔离导向管及至少部分设于所述隔离导向管内的活动管,所述活动管包括操作部和遮挡部,所述操作部设于所述隔离导向管内且所述操作部的一端延伸至所述通气孔,所述雾化结构上设有可与所述储液腔连通的进液孔,所述遮挡部可移动地套设于所述雾化结构上以遮蔽或露出所述进液孔,使所述进液孔与所述储液腔隔离或连 通。
进一步地,所述雾化结构包括雾化壳体以及设于所述雾化壳体内的加热件和吸液件,所述进液孔开设于所述雾化壳体上,烟液自所述进液孔被所述吸液件吸收并供给到所述加热件。

本发明提供的烟弹,由于活动结构包括设于烟弹壳体内的隔离导向管及至少部分设于隔离导向管内的活动管,活动管包括操作部和遮挡部,操作部设于隔离导向管内且操作部的一端延伸至通气孔,雾化结构上设有可与储液腔连通的进液孔,遮挡部可移动地套设于雾化结构上以遮蔽或露出进液孔,使进液孔与储液腔隔离或连通,当用户不使用烟弹时,遮挡部套设于雾化壳体上以遮蔽进液孔,当用户使用烟弹时,遮挡部与操作部被分离,遮挡部相对雾化壳体移动并露出进液孔,进液孔与储液腔连通。本发明的电子烟,用户在不使用烟弹时,实现油棉分离,从而便于储存烟液,防止烟液变质。

可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,收纳部1124的内壁上开设有凹槽(图未示出),用户通过向上拉动操作部1127带动遮挡部1128向上移动,使得抵持段1130能够和凹槽配合,使得遮挡部1128更加稳固地固定于收纳部1124内;或者抵持段1130可以省略,当抵持段1130省略时,收纳部1124的内壁上设有凸起,用户通过向上拉动操作部1127带动遮挡部1128向上移动,使得凸起能够通过和遮挡部1128的外表面抵持,使得遮挡部1128在抵持力的作用下能够相对固定于收纳部1124内,或者遮挡部1128上还开设有卡槽(图未示出),用户通过向上拉动操作部1127带动遮挡部1128向上移动,使得凸起能够和卡槽配合,使得遮挡部1128更加稳固地固定于收纳部1124内。
雾化结构113包括设于遮挡部1128内的雾化壳体1131以及安装于雾化壳体1131内的加热件1132和吸液件1133,吸液件1133和加热件1132相互配合,例如吸液件1133包裹在加热件1132的外侧,而吸液件1133介于雾化壳体1131以及加热件1132之间。
雾化壳体1131的两端开口,雾化壳体1131的侧壁上开设有进液孔1134,当遮挡部1128向上移动之后,可以使进液孔1134与储液腔1111连通具体的,具体的,用户向上拉动操作部1127可使遮挡部1128不可逆的从第一状态切换为第二状态;在第一状态下,遮挡部1128套设于雾化壳体1131上以遮蔽雾化壳体1131的进液孔,进液孔1134与储液腔1111隔离;在第二状态下,遮挡部1128与操作部1127被分离,遮挡部1128相对雾化壳体1131移动并露出进液孔1134,进液孔1134与储液腔1111连通,可以理解地,在本实施方式中,不可逆的即遮挡部1128从第一状态切换为第二状态后,遮挡部1128无法再从第二状态切换为第一状态。
雾化壳体1131内还形成有可以与通气孔1112连通的雾化腔(未标注), 例如本实施方式,加热件1132为柱状的螺旋发热丝,那么柱状螺旋发热丝内即为雾化腔,加热件1132加热烟液形成的烟雾主要形成在该雾化腔之中。
吸液件1133由棉花、棉布或者多孔陶瓷等易于吸收液体的材质制成,吸液件1133能够逐渐吸收烟液,并将吸收的烟液逐渐传导至加热件1132上,使得加热件1132加热雾化吸液件1133所吸收的烟液。
参见图2以及图6,密封结构12包括设于烟弹壳体111内并套设于雾化壳体1131上的烟弹塞121、与烟弹塞121连接的尾帽122、设于尾帽122内的气道塞123以及安装于尾帽122上的用于和电池装置连接的电极接触件124。
烟弹塞121由硅胶材料制成,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,烟弹塞121还可以由橡胶等密封性较好的材料制成。烟弹塞121上开设有和雾化壳体1131对应的置放孔1211,烟弹塞121构成储液腔1111的底部腔壁。
请再次参阅图2,尾帽122包括设于烟弹壳体111下端的底座1221以及设于底座1221上与烟弹塞121连接的帽体部1222。底座上1221上开设有多个与进气孔1114连通的缺口1223,帽体部1222位于烟弹塞121内,帽体部1222上开设有多个和缺口1223连通的导流孔(图未示出)。
气道塞123设于帽体部1222内,气道塞123上开设有多个连通雾化腔和导流孔的气道孔1231,外界空气能够依次通过进气孔1114、缺口1223、导流孔以及气道孔1231进入到雾化腔内,使得外界空气能够和雾化腔内的烟雾混合。
在本实施方式中,电极接触件124为两个,两个电极接触件124间隔地安装于底座1221上,当两个电极接触件124分别和电池装置上的正负极连接时,启动电子烟,电路导通。
安装过程:将雾化壳体1131安装于遮挡部1128内,并将烟弹塞121套设于雾化壳体1131的下端,使得进液孔1134被遮挡部1128遮蔽;将吸液件1133和加热件1132安装于雾化壳体1131内,气道塞123设于帽体部1222内,将帽体部1222安装于烟弹塞121内,将底座1221安装于烟弹壳体111的 下端,最后将操作部1127穿设于连接管1123内并延伸至通气孔1112外,此时,进气孔1114、缺口1223、导流孔、气道孔1231以及雾化腔均连通;将电池装置安装于烟弹10上,使得两个电极接触件124分别和电池装置上的正负极连接。
使用过程:注液时,用户能够通过注液孔1113向储液腔1111注液,当用户注液完毕后,将烟液塞1116安装于注液孔1113内,烟液塞1116能够密封注液孔1113,防止储液腔1111内的烟液发生泄漏。
用户未使用烟弹10时,进液孔1134被遮挡部1128遮蔽,进液孔1134和储液腔1111隔离,当用户使用烟弹10时,用户能够通过向上拉动操作部1127延伸至通气孔1112外的一端,从而带动遮挡部1128向上移动,当切槽1129的底部槽壁逐渐和切割部1126抵持时,抵持段1130逐渐和收纳部1124内表面抵持,由于遮挡部1128的上端围绕操作部1127的周缘开设有和切割部1126对应的切槽1129,使得遮挡部1128和操作部1127的连接处较为脆弱,当切槽1129的底部槽壁完全和切割部1126抵持时,用户能够通过继续向上拉动操作部1127,使得操作部1127能够和遮挡部1128分离,此时,抵持段1130完全和收纳部1124内表面抵持,使得遮挡部1128在抵持力的作用下能够相对固定于收纳部1124内,此时,遮挡部1128不再遮蔽或者遮蔽部分进液孔1134,进液孔1134与储液腔1111连通,储液腔1111内的烟液能够通过进液孔1134进入到雾化壳体1131内,烟液逐渐被雾化壳体1131内的吸液件1133吸收,并将吸收的烟液逐渐传导至加热件1132上。
抽吸时,启动电子烟,电池装置上的正负极分别和两个电极接触件124连接,电路导通,加热件1132开始加热雾化吸液件1133所吸收的烟液,外界空气能够依次通过进气孔1114、缺口1223、导流孔以及气道孔1231进入到雾化腔内,使得外界空气能够和雾化腔内的烟雾混合,用户能够通过通气孔1112对烟雾进行抽吸。
实施例二
请同时参阅图8-图11,本实施例二提供的烟弹10与实施例一的烟弹10的主要区别在于,烟弹塞121和遮挡部1128的下端一体成型,烟弹塞121和遮挡部1128的连接处沿遮挡部1128的周向开设有环形切口1212,当用户通过向上拉动操作部1127延伸至通气孔1112外的一端,操作部1127带动遮挡部1128向上移动,遮挡部1128带动烟弹塞121向上移动,储液腔1111内的烟液受到烟弹塞121向上移动后的压力逐渐通过进液孔1134进入到雾化壳体1131内,遮挡部1128带动烟弹塞121向上移动一定位移后,因烟弹塞121和遮挡部1128的连接处开设有环形切口1212,使得烟弹塞121和遮挡部1128的连接处较为脆弱,烟弹塞121逐渐和遮挡部1128相分离,当切槽1129的底部槽壁逐渐和连接管1123的下端抵持时,抵持段1130逐渐和收纳部1124内表面抵持,由于遮挡部1128的上端围绕操作部1127的周缘开设有和切割部1126对应的切槽1129,使得遮挡部1128和操作部1127的连接处较为脆弱,当切槽1129的底部槽壁完全和连接管1123抵持时,用户能够通过继续向上拉动操作部1127,使得操作部1127能够和遮挡部1128分离,此时,抵持段1130完全和收纳部1124内表面抵持,遮挡部1128在抵持力的作用下能够相对固定于收纳部1124内,此时,进液孔1134与储液腔1111连通,储液腔1111内的烟液能够通过进液孔1134进入到雾化壳体1131内,烟液逐渐被雾化壳体1131内的吸液件1133吸收,并将吸收的烟液逐渐传导至加热件1132上。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,收纳部1124可以省略,当收纳部1124省略时,切割部30可以设置在切槽1129的内壁上,当用户向上拉动操作部1127延伸至通气孔1112外的一端,操作部1127带动遮挡部1128向上移动,切槽1129的底部槽壁逐渐和切割部1126的下端抵持,抵持段1130逐渐和切割部1126的外表面抵持,当切槽1129的底部槽壁完全和切割部1126抵持时,用户能够通过继续向上拉动操作部1127,使得操作部1127能够和遮挡部1128分离,此时,抵持段1130完全和切割部1126的外表面抵持,遮挡部1128在抵持力的作用下能够相对固定于收纳部1124内。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,烟弹塞121和遮挡部1128的连接段面设置有滑轨(图未示出),雾化壳体1131的内壁上开设有和滑轨对应的滑槽(图未示出),当烟弹10未使用时,滑轨位于滑槽内,在滑轨和滑槽的配合下,烟弹塞121和遮挡部1128保持相对固定,当用户向上拉动操作部1127延伸至通气孔1112外的一端,滑轨逐渐脱离滑槽,使得烟弹塞121和遮挡部1128逐渐相分离,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,只要用户能够通过向上拉动操作部1127延伸至通气孔1112外的一端,操作部1127带动遮挡部1128向上移动,遮挡部1128带动烟弹塞121向上移动一定位移后,烟弹塞121能够逐渐和遮挡部1128相分离即可。
本发明的电子烟中,由于活动结构112包括设于烟弹壳体111内的隔离导向管1121及至少部分设于隔离导向管1121内的活动管1122,活动管1122包括操作部1127和遮挡部1128,操作部1127设于隔离导向管1121内且操作部1127的一端延伸至通气孔1112,雾化结构113上设有可与储液腔1111连通的进液孔1134,遮挡部1128可移动地套设于雾化结构113上以遮蔽或露出进液孔1134,使进液孔1134与储液腔1111隔离或连通,当用户不使用电子烟时,遮挡部1128套设于雾化壳体1131上以遮蔽进液孔1134,当用户使用电子烟时,遮挡部1128与操作部1127被分离,遮挡部1128相对雾化壳体1131移动并露出进液孔1134,进液孔1134与储液腔1111连通。本发明的电子烟,用户在不使用电子烟时,实现油棉分离,从而便于储存烟液。
上述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种烟弹,其特征在于,包括烟弹壳体、收容于所述烟弹壳体内的活动结构和雾化结构,所述烟弹壳体的内腔形成储液腔,所述烟弹壳体上开设有通气孔,所述活动结构包括设于所述烟弹壳体内的隔离导向管及至少部分设于所述隔离导向管内的活动管,所述活动管包括操作部和遮挡部,所述操作部设于所述隔离导向管内且所述操作部的一端延伸至所述通气孔,所述雾化结构上设有可与所述储液腔连通的进液孔,所述遮挡部可移动地套设于所述雾化结构上以遮蔽或露出所述进液孔,使所述进液孔与所述储液腔隔离或连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述雾化结构包括雾化壳体以及设于所述雾化壳体内的加热件和吸液件,所述进液孔开设于所述雾化壳体上,烟液自所述进液孔被所述吸液件吸收并供给到所述加热件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述遮挡部上开设有切槽,所述隔离导向管面向所述切槽的槽口凸设有与所述切槽对应适配的切割部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述隔离导向管包括与所述烟弹壳体内壁抵持的连接管以及设于所述连接管下方沿所述连接管的径向向下折弯形成的收纳部,所述连接管的内腔和所述通气孔连通。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述雾化壳体内形成有雾化腔,所述雾化腔连通所述操作部的内腔和所述通气孔。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹壳体的上端开设有和所述储液腔连通的注液孔,所述注液孔设有烟液塞进行密封。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹壳体上还开设有和外界连通的进气孔。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹还包括密封结构,所述密封结构包括与所述烟弹壳体一端连接的烟弹塞,所述烟弹塞封堵所述储液腔的一端,所述雾化结构至少部分置于所述烟弹塞上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述密封结构还包括与所述烟弹塞连接的尾帽、设于所述尾帽内的气道塞以及安装于所述尾帽上的电极接 触件,所述烟弹塞套设于所述雾化壳体上和所述遮挡部连接。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括电池装置以及与所述电池装置电性连接的烟弹,所述烟弹为权利要求1-9任一项所述的烟弹。
  11. 一种烟弹,其特征在于,包括烟弹壳体、收容于所述烟弹壳体内的活动结构和雾化结构,所述烟弹壳体的内腔形成储液腔,所述烟弹壳体上开设有通气孔,所述活动结构包括设于所述烟弹壳体内的隔离导向管及至少部分设于所述隔离导向管内的活动管,所述活动管包括操作部和遮挡部,所述操作部设于所述隔离导向管内且所述操作部的一端延伸至所述通气孔,所述雾化结构上设有可与所述储液腔连通的进液孔,操作所述操作部可使所述遮挡部不可逆的从第一状态切换为第二状态;
    在第一状态下,所述遮挡部套设于所述雾化壳体上以遮蔽所述雾化结构的进液孔,所述进液孔与所述储液腔隔离;
    在第二状态下,所述遮挡部与所述操作部被分离,所述遮挡部相对所述雾化壳体移动并露出所述进液孔,所述进液孔与所述储液腔连通。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述雾化结构包括雾化壳体以及设于所述雾化壳体内的加热件和吸液件,所述进液孔开设于所述雾化壳体上,烟液自所述进液孔被所述吸液件吸收并供给到所述加热件。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述遮挡部上开设有切槽,所述隔离导向管面向所述切槽的槽口凸设有与所述切槽对应适配的切割部。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述隔离导向管包括与所述烟弹壳体内壁抵持的连接管以及设于所述连接管下方沿所述连接管的径向向下折弯形成的收纳部,所述连接管的内腔和所述通气孔连通。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述雾化壳体内形成有雾化腔,所述雾化腔连通所述操作部的内腔和所述通气孔。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹壳体的上端开设 有和所述储液腔连通的注液孔,所述注液孔设有烟液塞进行密封。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹壳体上还开设有和外界连通的进气孔。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹还包括密封结构,所述密封结构包括与所述烟弹壳体一端连接的烟弹塞,所述烟弹塞封堵所述储液腔的一端,所述雾化结构至少部分置于所述烟弹塞上。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述密封结构还包括与所述烟弹塞连接的尾帽、设于所述尾帽内的气道塞以及安装于所述尾帽上的电极接触件,所述烟弹塞套设于所述雾化壳体上和所述遮挡部连接。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括电池装置以及与所述电池装置电性连接的烟弹,所述烟弹为权利要求11-19任一项所述的烟弹。
