上述所述的雾化装置设置有壳体,壳体为雾化室罩;雾化芯部件设置在雾化室罩内,雾化芯部件包括电发热体、电极棒、导电底座、绝缘密封圈、管状支架、管状支架盖、储液体及导液绳。电发热体的两端分别电连接至导电底座和电极棒;电极棒插装在导电底座内,导电底座与电极棒之间设有绝缘密封圈。电发热体安装在一管状支架上,该管状支架的一端与导电底座固定连接,电发热体卡装在该支架的另一端;所述管状支架上端外侧另套设一管状支架盖,管状支架盖外套设环形储液体,管状支架盖的上端设有突出的烟液导入管;所述
电发热体设置有导液绳,导液绳穿过储液体延伸至管状支架盖的烟液导入管内。
上述所述的电极棒设置轴向中空管作为轴向通气孔,整体电击棒设置在最下端,通过绝缘密封圈与导电底座套设设置,且电极棒和导电底座的侧壁均设有对应的径向通气孔,电极棒的径向通气孔连通到轴向通气孔。
上述所述的管状支架的上端设有轴向凹槽,所述电发热体卡装在该轴向凹槽内。
上述所述的该烟液导入管与烟弹装置的烟液导出孔通过卡装的方式定位连接。
上述所述的阻塞体设置成圆球形阻塞体或者柱状阻塞体,所述阻塞体采用不锈钢、玻璃或者陶瓷材质,阻塞体设置有弹性恢复装置。
上述所述的烟弹本体采用透明的塑料材质;所述支架盖采用不锈钢或者黄铜材质,所述管状支架采用不锈钢或者铜材质;所述储液体采用玻纤棉或者陶瓷材质。
本发明在使用的过程中,当烟弹装置与雾化装置壳体插装连接后,烟液导入管同时插入烟液导出孔内并卡装定位连接,此时烟弹装置的阻塞体被烟液导入管顶开,烟弹装置内的烟液可经烟液导入管流入到雾化室内的电发热体处。烟液导入管与烟液导出孔相互卡扣作用,进入锁定状态。所以当烟弹装置一旦与发热装置安装后锁定,不会轻易脱落,可以有效防止烟弹装置拔出来产生泄漏的问题。
在使用过程中,烟液从烟弹装置内流出进入烟液导入管,在导液绳渗透作用下,经支架盖、储液体到达电发热体处,完成烟液的输送供应,然后通过电发热体的加热雾化作用,产生类似吸烟状态的烟雾。产生的烟雾可以经过管状支架、电极棒、导电底座,最后通过烟弹装
置顶盖通气孔流通出去。也可以流经支架盖、进入壳体内、烟弹本体烟气通道、右顶盖,最后通过顶盖的通气孔,而实现使用者的吸烟过程。
本发明的电子烟装置在3.3~5.0V的直流电源下工作,加热可以对烟液进行雾化,产生与真烟近似的烟雾,给吸烟者带来如同抽真烟的感觉。因为燃烧没有采用明火,跟香烟比,使用更加安全。利用雾化装置汽化烟液模拟产生烟雾,也不会像香烟那样产生有害物质。本装置采用带有阻塞体的烟弹装置,通过烟液导入管与烟液导出孔的插拔锁定,轻松实现烟弹装置与雾化装置的组装,不再需要捅破烟弹本体,使其装配更加便捷轻松。烟液导入管与烟液导出孔采用卡装连接,有效防止烟弹装置被拔出的现象,密封效果良好。

下面结合附图对本发明作出详细的说明。
如图3所示,本发明的锁紧防漏电子烟装置包括烟弹装置100和雾化装置200,烟弹装置100和雾化装置200之间通过扣合装置18扣合连接。如图2所示,该扣合装置18包括设置在烟弹装置本体外侧的凹环181和设置在雾化装置外壁上的凸环182,连接时凸环182扣合到凹环181内,将烟弹装置100与雾化装置200连接在一起
如图1所示,雾化装置200包括雾化芯部件、外壳以及外壳内的雾化室。其中雾化芯部件设置有用于加热雾化烟液的电发热体10,这里是使用螺旋状缠绕的电热丝,且该电发热体10的两端分别电连接至导电底座12和电极棒14,用于电发热体10通电加热。其中,电发热体10通过电极棒14连接到本电子烟装置的电池正极,而电发热体10的另一端通过导电底座12连接本电子烟装置的负极,进而实现电发热体10的通电连接。
具体结构为:
(1)电极棒14为圆形中空管体,导电底座12也是圆形中空管体,电极棒14可插装在导电底座12的管体内,且在电极棒14和导电底座12之间设置一圆管形的绝缘密封圈13,以实现电极棒14与导电底座12之间的绝缘和密封。
(2)在导电底座12上端插装设置一管状支架11,该管状支架11插装在绝缘密封圈13与导电底座12之间的缝隙内。该管状支架11的另一端设置了轴向凹槽,电发热体10插装在该轴向凹槽内。且电发热体10的两端通过导线分别插装连接到电极棒14、绝缘密封圈13及导电底座12之间的缝隙内,实现电连接。
如图1、图2所示,整体雾化装置200设置在雾化装置壳体5内,
形成一雾化室,该雾化室内除设置了电发热体10外,还在管状支架11的电发热体一端设置了管状支架盖8,并在该管状支架盖8外设置有环状的储液体9,同时该管状支架盖8的上端部设置一突出的烟液导入管7,管状支架8的上端部还设有与烟弹本体3横截面对应的烟气通道。
如图4所示,烟弹装置100设置烟弹本体3,该烟弹本体3为一桶状体,桶状的烟弹本体3内设置轴向隔板23,轴向隔板23将桶状体内部分割成烟液容置室16和烟气管道17。其中烟液容置室16的上端设置有密封硅胶垫2进行密封,而硅胶垫2则预留出烟气管道17位置的通气孔。烟液容置室16下端设置密封盖,密封盖上设置烟液导出孔4,并在该烟液导出孔4的位于烟液容置室16的内侧设置一圆球状的阻塞体6,平时该阻塞体6位于烟液导出孔的开口位置,堵塞烟液导出孔4,使烟液不会泄露。
如图1、图3所示,在雾化装置200与烟弹装置100组装时,雾化装置200的烟液导入管7插进烟弹装置100的烟液导出孔4内,并将设置在内部的阻塞体6顶起,进而可以使烟液通过烟液导入管7流进雾化室,实现电子烟的功能。
如图2、图3所示,烟弹装置100和雾化装置200之间设置有扣合装置18,分别是设置在烟弹装置100外壳上的凹环181和设置在雾化装置200外壳上的凸环182,装配时二者进行卡合连接。为了实现烟液导入管7与烟液导出孔4之间的锁紧定位,可以在烟液导出孔4与烟液导入管7之间设置卡合定位装置,并在插入状态时锁紧,虽然图中未绘出卡合结构,但是其可以使用现有技术中的任何一种卡合装置,如锁紧倒钩装置。
如图1、图3所示,为了实现本发明的电子烟装置的功能,需要
在各相应部件的相应部位设置烟气通道。首先作为进气通路,在电极棒14的端部设置有径向的通气孔20,用于引入新鲜空气,同时在导电底座12的端部与通气孔20对应的位置设置有径向通气孔21。同时该径向通气孔20连接电极棒14的中央的轴向通气孔22,便于将外部气流引入电极棒14内,进一步流入雾化室中,构成进气通路。也可以作为剩余烟气的导出通路。
管状支架盖8的端部设置有通气孔19,该端部的通气孔19开设在烟液导入管7的外环位置,并且与烟弹装置内的烟气管道17连通,进而与烟弹上顶盖1的中央通气孔15连通,形成雾化烟雾吸入通道。在从烟弹上顶盖1的中央通气孔15做吸入动作时,便可以将雾化装置产生的电子烟雾吸入人体,起到吸烟的作用。
如图1所示,本发明的电子烟装置的雾化装置200的结构是这样的。雾化装置壳体5将雾化装置其它部件密封起来作为雾化室,该雾化室内的电发热体10为导体电热丝且螺旋设置,并在该电发热体10的螺旋内部设置导液绳,导液绳延伸出来后,经过储液体9后,再穿入烟液导入管7内,导液绳由纤维棉等阻燃多孔物质制成,其具有吸附烟液渗透烟液的作用。
在具体装配制作时,烟弹装置为透明材质注塑成型,然后将阻塞体及下端盖设置好后,从顶部注入烟液,塞进硅胶垫2密封,压紧烟弹装置顶盖1,制作完成烟弹装置100。接着将电极棒14插入绝缘密封圈13内,再将绝缘密封圈13连同电极棒14一起再插入导电底座12内。在导电底座12的另一端插入管状支架11的下端,接着在该管状支架11的上端装配电发热体10,由于该管状支架11的上端开设了轴向凹槽,进而可以将电发热体10卡合装配在该凹槽内固定。支架盖8套装在管状支架11的外端面上,且支架盖8外部设有环形的
储液体9,支架盖8的外端设有用于获取烟液的烟液导入管7。在本实施例中,烟液导入管7为一个,也可以设置成多个,以便于烟液的获取。电发热体10的中心孔内设有导液绳,导液绳穿过支架盖8的烟液导入管7内,进入烟液导出孔4与烟弹装置100的烟液容置室16内的烟液导通。电发热体10依靠导液绳的渗透作用得到从烟弹装置100流出的烟液。
上述的烟液阻塞体6还可以设置成柱状阻塞体,阻塞体采用不锈钢、玻璃或者陶瓷材质。阻塞体的设计,使其正好堵塞烟液导出孔4,必要时可以在烟液容置室16内设置阻塞体弹性恢复装置,以便于阻塞体在烟液导入管7拔出时随时可以回位。在使用时,烟液导入管7插入烟弹装置100内时可以很轻松的将阻塞体6顶掉顺利进入,在轻松组装的同时能够保证不会漏油。当烟液导入管7插入烟液导出孔4后,雾化装置壳体5和烟弹装置100通过卡装的方式连接,烟液导入管7也与烟液导出孔4定位连接。这样组装后的电子烟有卡合的锁定作用就不会出现脱落的现象,同时也能够保证不会发生烟弹装置被拔出而产生的漏油现象。
烟弹本体采用透明的塑料材质。支架上盖8采用不锈钢或者黄铜材质,支架11采用不锈钢或者铜材质。储液体9采用玻纤棉或者陶瓷材质或者其他具有环保、耐高温、液体吸收储存性能好的材质。
本发明的电子烟装置在使用的过程中,当烟弹装置100插装在壳体内并与雾化装置200组装好时,烟弹本体3的阻塞体6被烟液导入管7顶开,烟弹装置100内的烟液可经烟液导入管7流出,在导液绳渗透作用下,经支架盖8、储液体9到达电发热体10内,完成烟液的输送,然后通过电发热体10的加热雾化作用,产生类似吸烟状态的烟雾。
当烟弹装置100内的烟液使用完毕后,可以通过拆下上顶盖1和硅胶密封盖2,从上部注入烟液,接着在盖紧硅胶密封盖2和上顶盖1继续使用。
Claims (10)
- 一种锁紧防漏电子烟装置,包括烟弹装置和雾化装置,其特征在于:所述烟弹装置包括设有轴向延伸隔板的圆桶形烟弹本体,隔板将烟弹本体分割成轴向延伸的烟液容置室和烟气通道;烟弹本体的烟液容置室的下端设置烟液导出孔,该烟液导出孔内设置烟液阻塞体;所述雾化装置包括雾化芯部件、雾化室及烟液导入管,该烟液导入管与烟弹本体的烟液导出孔插拔装配,烟液导入管可顶开烟液导出孔内设的阻塞体;所述雾化室设置外壳,该外壳内为雾化室本体及雾化烟气通路,雾化室外壳与烟弹装置外壁卡合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧防漏电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述烟弹本体上端设置烟液容置室硅胶密封盖和烟弹装置上顶盖,该烟弹装置上顶盖设置中央通气孔,该中央通气孔与烟弹本体烟气通道连通。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的锁紧防漏电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述雾化装置设置有壳体,壳体为雾化室罩;雾化芯部件设置在雾化室罩内,雾化芯部件包括电发热体、电极棒、导电底座、绝缘密封圈、管状支架、管状支架盖、储液体及导液绳。电发热体的两端分别电连接至导电底座和电极棒;电极棒插装在导电底座内,导电底座与电极棒之间设有绝缘密封圈。电发热体安装在一管状支架上,该管状支架的一端与导电底座固定连接,电发热体卡装在该支架的另一端;所述管状支架上端外侧另套设一管状支架盖,管状支架盖外套设环形储液体,管状支架盖的上端设有突出的烟液导入管;所述电发热体设置有导液绳,导液绳穿过储液体延伸至管状支架盖的烟液导入管内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的锁紧防漏电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述电极棒设置轴向中空管作为轴向通气孔,整体电击棒设置在最下端,通过绝缘密封圈与导电底座套设设置,且电极棒和导电底座的侧壁均设有对应的径向通气孔,电极棒的径向通气孔连通到轴向通气孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的锁紧防漏电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述管状支架的外端设有轴向凹槽,所述电发热体卡装在该轴向凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的锁紧防漏电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述该烟液导入管与烟弹装置的烟液导出孔通过卡装的方式定位连接。
- 根据权利要求1、2、4或5所述的锁紧防漏电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述该烟液导入管与烟弹装置的烟液导出孔通过卡装的方式定位连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的锁紧防漏电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述阻塞体设置成圆球形阻塞体或者柱状阻塞体,所述阻塞体采用不锈钢、玻璃或者陶瓷材质,阻塞体设置有弹性恢复装置。
- 根据权利要求1、2、4、5或6所述的锁紧防漏电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述阻塞体设置成圆球形阻塞体或者柱状阻塞体,所述阻塞体采用不锈钢、玻璃或者陶瓷材质,阻塞体设置有弹性恢复装置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的锁紧防漏电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述烟弹本体采用透明的塑料材质;所述支架盖采用不锈钢或者黄铜材质,所述支架采用不锈钢或者铜材质;所述储液体采用玻纤棉或者陶瓷材质。
