Un système prothétique dentaire de type implant comprend un implant, une butée métallique (1), comprenant une tige tubulaire cylindrique (10), et une couronne (2) pourvue d'un trou cylindrique (20) avec un axe vertical approprié pour recevoir la tige tubulaire cylindrique (10) de la butée (1); ladite butée métallique (1) et ladite couronne (2) comprenant des moyens de couplage (3, 4) appropriés pour assurer un couplage à baïonnette entre ladite butée (1) et ladite couronne (2).
