Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré pour la préparation de l'ivabradine ou de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement la synthèse d'intermédiaires clés à savoir, le chlorhydrate de (S)-N-[(4,5-diméthoxybenzocydobut-l-yl)-méthyl]-N- (méthyl)amine de formule-II et le 3-(3-Iodopropyl)-7,8-diméthoxy-1,3-dihydro-2H-3-benzapin-2-one de formule-III, et leur utilisation dans la synthèse industrielle de l'ivabradine et de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
