- Main function of the brush body (1) is to provide distribution of cleaning fluid fed by the system onto teeth homogenously and provide cleaning of the plaque on the teeth by means of brush bristles provided on it and activation of vibration motors (21) and parallel vibration motors (22). Fluid inlet into brush body (1) is provided by connector (5).

- Brush body (1) contains holes for various purposes.
- Arch holes (6) are ordered at certain intervals along arch structure of brush body in two lines and the said arch holes (6) are used for positioning the brush bristles .
- Cleaning holes (7) are positioned to contact upper surfaces of the teeth of the user, located on both lower and upper part to flowing hole (8) passing through brush body (1). Mouth cleaning fluid is designed in such way that it reaches certain areas of the user's teeth and in homogenous way through cleaning holes (7).
- Figure 7 shows mounting chart of the brush body (1) and main control unit (2) of the automatic tooth cleaning device.
- the connector (5) is screwed onto brush body (1) or inserted into main control unit (2) provides mounting of two subunits. Fixing the connector (5) to main control unit is provided by means of tightening the adjustment bolt (9).

- Main control unit (2) contains cavities (14) both on front and back of the box in order to facilitate grasp of box by fingers.
- Side covers (15) are subparts of the main control unit (2) providing mounting of the vibration motors (21) and parallel vibration motors (22) to the main control unit (2).
- the most important part of the main control unit (2) is electronics control card (16). It is the electronics control card (16) conducting and controlling all functions of the automatic tooth cleaning device.
- Just one single button (13) located on the device provides control of vibration motors (21) and parallel vibration motors (22) providing vibration of pumping system (18) providing suction of mouth cleaning fluid through fluid inlet holes (11) and outlet from the flowing hole (8) located behind the main control unit (2) and providing both back and forward motion of the brush body (1) inside the user's mouth.
- Figure 9 is a drawing illustrating inner structure of the main control unit (2) of the automatic tooth cleaning device of the invention.
- Connection tube (17) provides connection between the main control unit (2) fluid inlet hole (11) and fluid pump (18) and thus prevents leakage of the fluid and also provides direction of the fluid directly to central part of the pump.
- Fluid pump (18) is controlled by electronic control card (16) and discharge of the coming fluid in desired time into brush body (1) is provided from main control unit (2).
- Interconnection part (19) is located inside the main control unit (2). Motion of fluid pump (18) under influence of probable vibrations is prevented and electronic control card (16) is kept fixed in the box by means of control card holes (20) located thereon.
- Vibration motor (21) together with parallel vibration motor (22) located on the same axis not shown in the figure provide up-down motion of main control unit (2).
- FIG 10 is a drawing illustrating inner structure and mounting order of the main control unit (2) of the automatic tooth cleaning device of the invention.
- Parallel vibration motor (22) is located in parallel in the same axis.
- Parallel vibration motors (22) provides back and forth motion of the main control unit (2).
- the battery (23) supplies power needed for operation of vibration motors (219 and parallel vibration motors (21) in the main control unit (2), fluid pump (18) and electronic control card (16).
- Battery holes (24) provide extension of battery charging cables connected to electronic control card (16) located in the main control unit (2), outside the main control unit (2).
- Box mounting holes (25) provide mounting of the interconnection part (19) to main control unit (2) box.
- Figure 11 is a drawing illustrating isometric, front and rear angle view of the main control unit (2) of the automatic tooth cleaning device of the invention.
- Fluid hole (26) provides controlled motion of the mouth cleaning fluid from the fluid pump (18) inside the main control unit (2) box, And provides outlet of it from the hole (28) where the brush body (1) is connected. Tongue structures are connected to the housings (27) designed for fixing main control unit (2) side covers (15) and front covers.

- Figure 12 shows fluid chamber (3) where mouth cleaning fluid of the automatic tooth cleaning device of the invention is filled, and the chamber outlet hole (29). Thanks to gasket (30) fluid chamber (3) serves as fluid leakage-proof function when it joins main control unit (2).

- Cable hole (31) provides connection of power cable from mains to charger unit (4).

- Electronic circuit card (33) contacts the charge points under the main control unit (2) for charge of the battery (23) and thus the system is charged.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage de dents mains libres rapide et pratique conçu pour être utilisé par des patients principalement handicapés ainsi que des personnes âgées et des patients souffrant d'un soin paralysant pour leur santé dentaire, mais ayant des difficultés à utiliser leurs mains ou individus n'ayant aucun handicap. L'invention concerne en particulier un dispositif de nettoyage de dents automatique comprenant une unité de commande principale (2) connectée au corps de brosse (1) par l'intermédiaire d'un connecteur (5), une unité de charge (4) connectée à l'unité de commande principale (2) pour charger la batterie (23).
