Abstract

본 발명은 전방향 및 역방향 프라이머 중 하나 이상의 프라이머 및/또는 프로브를 UCST(Upper Critical Solution Temperature) 입자에 포함시켜 핵산 증폭시, 또는 상기 전방향 및 역방향 프라이머 중 하나 이상의 프라이머 및/또는 프로브를 UCST 입자에 포함시켜 하이드로젤 미세입자에 고정함으로써 핵산 증폭시 특정 온도범위에서 상기 UCST 입자에 포함된 프라이머 또는 프로브를 방출시킬 수 있다. 이로써 프라이머 이중체의 생성을 방지함과 동시에 우수한 PCR 증폭 효율을 나타낼 수 있다.
