- Such a cognitive function determination method is disclosed, for example, in WO 2012/165602.
- WO 2012/165602 discloses a cognitive dysfunction discrimination system that measures cerebral blood flow data during execution of a cognitive task using near infrared spectroscopy. Then, the cognitive function disorder determination system performs feature quantity extraction on the measured cerebral blood flow data, and the extracted feature quantity and a model used for judgment of cognitive function disorder which has been constructed in advance, Determine the cognitive function.
- the cognitive function disorder determination system disclosed in the above-mentioned WO 2012/165602 uses a plurality of types of cognitive tasks when measuring cerebral blood flow data of a subject, but the same is the same when giving tasks. It is considered that the task of different difficulty level is not given multiple times in the task of. However, in the measurement of cerebral blood flow data at the time of execution of a cognitive task, bias in familiarity with the task, experience, education level, etc. is applied to each subject. Therefore, it is too easy for some subjects to perform common cognitive tasks with a certain degree of difficulty, so brain activity is not detected for some subjects, and it is too difficult for some subjects to give up task execution. There is a problem.
