Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'extraits solubles d'herbes, telles que la yerba mate, comprenant une étape de grillage sur lit fluidisé associée à une étape d'extraction de solubles dans un réacteur fonctionnant sous vide élevé et avec application d'ultrasons, constituant ainsi, conjointement avec les étapes classiques de sélection de yerba mate, de pré-traitement, de broyage, de tamisage et de classification, un procédé innovant par rapport à la pratique actuelle.
