Abstract

본 발명은 유전자 형태의 라이브러리 스크리닝 기술에 대한 것으로, 항체신약개발을 위한 항체공학 (antibody engineering) 분야에 우선적으로 적용될 수 있으며, 단백질공학 (protein engineering), 대사공학 (metabolic engineering) 등의 다양한 생화학 분자의 유전형/표현형 복합 분석 분야에도 확장성 있게 적용될 수 있는 미세구조물을 이용한 세포 및 세포 생성물의 분리, 획득, 분석 및 회수 방법을 제공한다.
