Definitions
- the present invention relates to an emergency dam bar for spontaneously elevating existing flood barriers.
- a mobile flood protection wall which consists of vertical supports with a U-shaped guide for receiving horizontally arranged dam beams.
- the fixing of the dam bars via a clamping device which is disposed within the U-shaped guide of the supports.
- a similar mobile flood protection wall is described in DE 20 2010 012 447 U l.
- the dam beams are also secured against buoyancy with a conventional tensioning device which is disposed within the U-shaped guide of the supports.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device with which existing mobile flood protection walls can be increased spontaneously and require a simple structure and low installation costs.
- This object is achieved by an emergency dam bar with the features of claim 1.
- Advantageous embodiments and further developments are subject matter of claims 2 to 6 and the description.
- the vertical supports have a greater length than the maximum stacking height of the dam beams used in order to ensure a fixation with the tensioning device within the U-shaped guide.
- the emergency dam bar which is provided for the spontaneous increase of existing flood walls, consists of a hollow shaped rectangular profile element and has a horizontally extending top and bottom and a first and second end.
- the profile element has in each case a recess on the horizontally extending underside in the area of both ends and a hole on the horizontally extending upper side in the area of both ends, wherein the recess and the hole each have a channel extending transversely to the longitudinal axis of the emergency dam beam form, by which the emergency dam bar can be fixed by means of a passing through the channel fixing means to an existing flood protection wall.
- the profile element between the top and bottom on at least one additional horizontally extending intermediate floor This also has in the region of both ends a transverse to the longitudinal axis of the emergency dam bar arranged hole. Through the intermediate bottom, a higher resistance to stiffening is achieved.
- the fixing means consists of an element which can be connected to a tensioning device of the existing flood protection wall.
- This can be configured for example in the form of a screw with an internal thread, wherein the screw with a bolt of the clamping device, which has a corresponding external thread, is connectable.
- the fixing means may comprise a fastening element which distributes the force of the screw head over a larger area.
- the fastener is a washer, but it may also preferably be plate-shaped or rod-shaped with corresponding holes to fix two emergency dam bars on a central support.
- the underside of the dam beam on the outside at least one profiling, which corresponds to a profiling of a arranged below the emergency dam beam dam beam of the existing system.
- the profiling is arranged centrally and / or in each case in the edge region.
- the underside of the dam beam can thus have on the outside a profiling, which is arranged centrally and extends along the longitudinal axis of the dam beam.
- the underside of the dam beam on the outside may have two profiles, which are each arranged in the edge region and extending along the longitudinal axis of the dam beam.
- the bottom may have a combination of these two embodiments, so that the underside of the dam bar on the outside has a total of three profiles, with a first center and the second and third profiling each in the edge region, ie left and right sides of the centrally arranged profiling is arranged.
- the profiling each has a sealing element.
- the sealing element can be arranged between these profilings. If a system is present which comprises dam beams which have corresponding profilings on the upper side, the sealing element can be arranged between these profilings. If a system is present which comprises dam beams with smooth surfaces, the profiling serves to fix the sealing element. The side facing the dam beam side is then made flat, so that a tightness of the flood protection wall is ensured.
- Another aspect of the present invention relates to the use of the emergency dam bar according to the invention for the spontaneous increase of existing flood protection walls.
- FIG. 1 is a plan view of part of the emergency dam bar according to the invention
- Fig. 2 a section of an existing flood protection wall expanded by an emergency dam bar according to the invention.
- Fig. 1 shows an emergency dam bar 1 according to the invention, which can be used for the spontaneous increase of existing flood protection walls 10.
- the emergency dam bar 1 consists of a hollow rectangular profile element. This may, for example, a extruded profile element made of a light metal, such as aluminum act.
- the emergency dam bar 1 has a horizontally extending upper side 2 and a parallel thereto also arranged horizontally extending underside 3. Furthermore, the emergency dam bar 1 has a first end and a second end (not shown in FIG. 1). On the horizontally extending underside 3, the emergency dam bar 1 has a recess 5 in the region of both ends.
- the recess 5 can, as shown in FIG. 1, be formed substantially circular.
- a substantially circular shape can be generated in a simple manner, for example, by means of a hole drill.
- the recess 5 preferably has a size that includes a tensioning device 14 of the existing flood protection wall 10, so that the emergency dam 1 rests with its underside 3 over its entire surface on an upper side of a dam beam 13 arranged thereunder.
- the emergency dam bar 1 on the horizontally extending upper side 2 in each case a hole 6 in the region of both ends.
- the recess 5 and the hole 6 form a transverse to the longitudinal axis of the emergency dam 1 extending channel 7, through which the emergency dam bar 1 can be fixed by means of a passing through the channel 7 fixing 15 to an existing flood protection wall 10.
- the emergency dam bar 1 between the top and bottom 2, 3 at least one additional horizontally extending intermediate bottom 8.
- the underside 3 of the emergency embankment 1 according to the invention has a profiling 9 on the outside.
- FIG. 2 an existing flood protection wall 10 is shown, which is extended by the emergency dam beam 1 according to the invention.
- the illustrated flood protection wall 10 comprises a support 11, which is designed here as a double-T profile. This is a so-called. Central support, which is anchored to the ground 12.
- the flood protection wall 10 has two dam beams 13 per side, which have a specific height.
- the respective upper dam bar 13 is fixed with a tensioning device 14.
- the clamping device is arranged within the U-shaped guide of the support 11.
- a flood protection wall 10 provides adequate protection against flooding.
- emergency barrier 1 With the help of emergency barrier 1 according to the invention such existing systems can be expanded spontaneously by a specific height, for example 20 cm, quickly and easily.
- the emergency dam bar 1 according to the invention is placed on the upper dam beams.
- a suitable fixing means 15 and a fixing plate 16 can - if a fixation is to take place on a central support - two emergency dam bars 1 are fixed to the existing flood protection wall 10.
