Abstract

Le procédé de fabrication d'articles de construction à base d'un ciment magnésium consiste à préparer, doser et élaborer un mélange tout en malaxant celui-ci jusqu'à obtenir une masse uniforme qui sera ensuite mise en forme par saisie; on déplace ensuite les articles pour les laisser reposer pendant 27-28 jours. Le formage de l'article s'effectue couche par couche sur une surface réchauffée jusqu'à 20-35°C au moyen d'un dispositif muni de cylindres. On pose une garniture entre les couches, qui peut être constituée d'un film. En outre, pendant le formage chaque couche est armée par un réseau en fibre de verre et en non tissée, les couches étant ensuite laissées à la surface avec un réchauffement pendant 16-18 h pour la saisie et une prise de solidité initiale. Avant d'envoyer les produits pour repos, on effectue un découpage préliminaire des couches puis, après le repos, les produits sont découpés conformément aux dimensions exactes.
