Abstract

L'invention concerne une pompe à vide à étages multiples comportant une pompe à vide d'unité d'accouplement inter-étages. L'accouplement inter-étages pour pompe à vide à étages multiples comprend : une première partie d'accouplement inter-étages délimitant une première partie d'un vide destinée à recevoir un rotor commun partagé par des étages adjacents de la pompe à vide à étages multiples ; et une seconde partie d'accouplement inter-étages séparable de la première partie d'accouplement inter-étages, la seconde partie d'accouplement inter-étages délimitant une seconde partie du vide destinée à recevoir le rotor commun partagé par des étages adjacents de la pompe à vide à étages multiples. De cette manière, un accouplement est assuré et permet de fixer ensemble un rotor assemblé et des étages assemblés de la pompe à vide, du fait que le rotor assemblé peut être reçu à l'intérieur des parties séparables de l'accouplement qui, à son tour, peut être adapté aux étages adjacents assemblés. Ceci permet de préserver l'intégrité mécanique du rotor et des étages adjacents tout en facilitant l'assemblage de la pompe à vide à étages multiples.
