本发明的场景参数调整方法通过对车内的各个座位的场景参数进行调整,使得用户无论是以驾驶员的身份处于驾驶位,还是以乘客的身份处于除了驾驶位之外的其他任意乘坐位时,均可以使该用户能够获得与该用户预先设置的目标场景参数基本一致其期望的场景。本发明提供的场景参数调整系统也能够获得上述有益效果。本发明的场景参数调整系统/方法尤其适用于如家庭用车等车辆确定、但是用户具有一定的不确定性的应用场合。

实施例1
本发明一方面提供了一种场景参数调整方法,主要适合应用于如家庭用车等车辆确定但对应的用户具有一定的不确定性的情形。该场景参数调整方法允许用户能够按照实际需求预先设置目标场景参数,在该用户落座于任意座位时,即可将该用户处于该座位时的场景参数调整至相应的目标场景参数,进而使该用户在当前座位获得由目标场景参数确定出的期望场景。场景参数主要是为了保证处于车内某一座位的用户能够在该座位处获得尽可能符合自己期望的车内环境。如场景参数可以包括但不限于座椅角度、灯光亮度、空调温度、收音机调频以及后视镜角度等。此外,本发明除了具有能够同时考虑到个体、车内位置之间 的差异的优点,在必要的情形下也可以对车内位置之间差异进行细化,如同一个体在不同时间段对同一车内位置的场景参数的需求也存在差异。
图1示出本发明的一种实施例的场景参数调整方法的流程示意图。该调整方法一方面需要获得用户数据,即形成用户以及设置用户期望的目标场景参数的过程。另一方面能够使用户获得与目标场景参数对应的期望场景,即根据用户所处的位置(车内的座位),将其所处的车内环境场景尽量调整为符合该用户期望的水平。下面以家庭用车(本车)为例,来说明通过本发明的场景参数调整方法使用户获得期望的车内环境场景的过程。
S100、获得用户数据。
获得用户数据的前提是用户已完成注册。即在权限允许的条件下,个体可以通过能够唯一确认其身份的方式注册成为用户,即生成用户的身份识别信息。需要说明的是,能够唯一确认其身份的方式包括但不限于人脸识别、指纹识别、声纹识别以及密码管理等。此处的权限允许可以理解为,对于家庭用车而言,用户可以是家庭成员,或者是等同于家庭成员的身份。当然,也可以根据实际情况对权限允许的范围和准则进行适当的调整,只要保证用户的确具有用车的权限即可。
用户的身份识别信息生成之后,需要针对不同的座位设置相应的目标场景参数。针对本车,每一个已注册的用户可以设置其在各个座位上(驾驶座以及除驾驶座之外的乘客座)所期望的、可以通过调整获得的目标场景参数。当然,也可以根据实际用车情况,部分家庭成员必须排除在使其处于如驾驶位等一个或者几个座位的可能性,因此只进行部分座位的场景参数的设置。如孩童只录入放置儿童座椅的乘客位的目标场景参数,而老人或者晕车成员可以只设置副驾驶位的目标场景参数。而且,用户也可以在包含所有可以通过调整获得的目标场景参数的参数列表中选择性地设置与自己需求相关的目标场景参数,如用户在设置处于主驾驶位时的目标场景参数时,可以设置包括座椅角度、后视镜角度以及收音机调频等参数,而设置处于副驾驶位时的目标场景参数时,则可以设置如座椅角度、灯光亮度和收音机调频等参数。设置完成之后,将各个用户的身份识别信息以及录入的各个座位的目标场景参数进行存储。
至此,在基于用户注册的基础上对于任意待入座的个体,获得用户数据的过程主要包括:
首先通过本发明的方法将个体识别为用户,其次根据用户入座的座位,将其所处的车内环境调整为目标场景参数对应的期望场景。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,此处的识别可以理解为能够判断待入座的个体是否是已注册的用户的任意合理的方式。举例而言,在个体通过人脸识别的方式注册为用户的情形下,在车辆上应当设置有摄像头等能够准确识别该用户的人脸信息的装置。
此外,根据实际情形,也可以进一步细化地设置用户的场景参数,以使得通过场景参数的调整能够更好地满足用户的需要。以用户可以主动录入相应的目标场景参数为例,如同一用户对于同一座位,可以录入针对不同时间段的目标场景参数。举例而言,对于落座时间在21:00之后的情形,通常期望录入的目标场景参数更适合休息,因此,在录入该时间段(21:00之后)的目标场景参数时,如座椅角度和灯光亮度的参数可以与其他时间段略有不同。对于驾驶位的场景参数设置而言,时间段为中午和晚间时,相应的场景参数也可被设置得略有不同,以保障驾驶的安全性。前述的主动录入可以是用户自主输入(如基于习惯的自主输入),也可以是在已有的选项中选择出目标场景参数,或者是基于相关的参考信息完成的指导性录入。参考信息可以是用户通过主动问询或者查找的方式获得的,也可以是车载设备或者得到授权的各个终端在用户需要录入目标场景参数时同步提供的。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,除了主动录入,还可以通过其他合理的方式设置出座位针对用户的目标场景参数,如对于晚间的驾驶位的目标场景参数,为了保证驾驶安全,对于任意用户而言,车载设备或者终端可以直接调取科学且合理的数据,或者给出可以供用户直接选择的某几个参数等。
可以看出,用户既可作为车主处于车辆的主驾驶位,也可作为乘客处于除主驾驶位之外的其他任意乘客位。在实际应用中,用户对不同的座位还可以有不同的场景需求,并且,用户对同一座位也可因为时间段等细化的设定的区别特征而有不同的场景要求。通过采用本发明提供的场景参数调整方法,对于任意座位和/或同一座位不同时间段而言,用户可预先设置自己期望的目标场景参数。由此,将如下文中的步骤S200所述,在用户落座于某个座位时,即可按照预先设置的对应于该座位的目标场景参数进行调 整,以达到用户预期。
S200、获得期望场景。
确定出用户将要落座选择的当前座位(如在用户入座后即获得座位信息)之后,调出其该用户的用户数据,即预先设置的、与该座位相对应的目标场景参数,进而对该座位所对应的场景进行管理。在本次入座有多个用户入座的情形下,可以通过分别对各个用户的当前座位的场景参数进行调整的方式,使得包括驾、乘人员在内的所有用户均能够获得符合自己期望的、与目标场景参数一致的期望场景。也就是说,通过对任意用户针对任意座位的场景参数进行调整,使车内的每一个当前用户均能够大致获得在其在当前座位时的所期望的目标场景。由于本发明的场景参数调整方法允许用户设置自己处于任意座位时的目标场景参数,因而实现了对车内环境场景的个性化管理。
进一步参照图1,在一种可能的实施方式中,以通过人脸识别的方式完成用户的注册为例,说明通过本发明的场景参数调整方法对车内环境场景进行个性化管理的过程。在入座前,本车首先根据人脸信息识别出当前的入座人员是已注册的用户集(用户1~用户n)中的用户i。之后,根据用户i在(主驾驶位、副驾驶位、乘客位1~乘客位m)中选择的座位j,从预先设置的目标场景参数中调出用户i在座位j时的目标场景参数,并将座位j的当前场景参数调整至与目标场景参数,进而使用户i获得其处于座位j时的期望场景。
图2示出根据本发明的场景参数调整方法来实现用户信息同步的示意图。在前述获得用户数据的步骤(即S100)中,用户通过设置识别身份的信息以完成注册,用户在注册时或者注册后通过设置相应的目标场景参数的已获得期望场景。上述的用户身份识别信息的录入和目标场景参数的设置可以在车载设备上进行,也可以在得到车载设备授权的任意终端进行,如家庭成员个人或者共用的终端(如手机、平板、可穿戴设备等)。通过各个终端和车载设备之间的通讯实现包括用户身份识别信息和目标场景参数信息在内的数据的共享,保证了每一个将要入座本车的当次用户均能够获得其所期望的期望场景。并且,根据实际情况,车载设备可以增加或者减少其所授权的终端。
进一步参照图2,在权限允许的条件下,用户在任意终端录入的身份识别信息和设置的目标场景参数可以在该终端、其他具有权限 的任意终端以及车载设备进行修改和/或更新,并且,修改和/或更新后的目标场景参数可以在权限允许的车载设备和所有终端同步共享。
举例而言,对于家庭用车,所有的家庭成员可以通过人脸识别的方式在车载设备或者终端上进行用户注册,并在车载设备或者终端设置与各个座位相对应的目标场景参数,当然,各个家庭成员可以根据各自的习惯,或者参考相对科学的经验数据,进行目标场景参数的录入。任意用户在需要入座时,可以通过设置于车门处的图像采集装置(如摄像头)识别该用户,并根据该用户本次乘坐的座位,依据预先设置的目标场景参数进行调整,从而配置出该用户的期望场景,即将当前场景参数调整为预先录入的目标场景参数。
在将各个用户所选择的座位的场景调整至目标场景的过程中,如果目标场景参数中存在矛盾现象,如某个或者某几个分量存在冲突(互斥或者部分替换),可以通过预先设定的“优选原则、折中原则”或者其他任意的合理方式选择出唯一值作为决策方案。举例而言,在收音机调频有多个的情形下,以第一个场景参数中包含收音机调频的用户的选择为准,如果某个或者某几个用户的目标场景参数中特别强调不允许出现收音机调频,则不播放收音机。在将各个当前用户的当前座位的场景参数进行调整至目标场景参数的过程中,对某些场景参数(如座椅角度)可以分别独立地进行调整,而对另一些场景参数(如灯光亮度)可以首先进行分析,基于分析结果,将其整合为同一个大致符合所有当前用户的目标值之后统一调整即可。当然,如果在“整合”的过程中出现前述的矛盾现象,可以通过对应的决策方案进行处理。
此外,在车辆报修等需要使用替用车的情形下,可以将家庭用车的用户身份识别信息以及每个用户针对各个座位的场景参数信息组直接同步到替用车。在替用车与原车具有较明显的差异且替用车使用周期较长的情形下,可以通过重新设置用户的身份识别信息和目标场景参数组。这样一来,即使在临时性用车的情形下,也同样可以提升用户体验。
实施例2
与实施例1中的场景参数调整方法对应,本发明还提供了一种场景参数调整系统,主要用于使用户在处于确定的车辆内(如家庭用 车)的任意座位时均能获得期望场景。图3示出本发明的一种实施例的场景参数调整系统的结构示意图。如图3所示,该系统主要包括:
用户识别模块,其用于识别待入座的用户,并至少确定用户入座的当前座位。
参数获取模块,其用于获取用户在当前座位的目标场景参数。
参数调整模块,其用于将当前座位的场景参数调整至目标场景参数。
可以看出,本发明的场景参数调整系统可以使用户在处于车内的任意座位时均获得与目标场景参数对应的期望场景。换言之,无论用户处于驾驶位,还是除驾驶位之外的其他乘车位,均能够获得大致符合其期望的场景,从而全面地提高了用户的用车体验。
其中,用户识别模块主要用于基于预先的注册信息,通过包括但不限于面部识别、指纹识别、声纹识别和密码管理等能够唯一确定身份的方式识别待入座的个体为本车的用户。
前述的注册信息是通过注册模块来完成的,主要用于接收权限内的用户。注册模块主要包括:多个注册端,其包括本车的车载设备以及得到车载设备授权的终端,并且在权限允许的前提下,该多个注册端中的任意一个注册端能够接收个体的用户身份识别信息,进而使个体成为本车的用户;以及通讯模块,其用于将用户身份识别信息在多个注册端之间同步存储。
其中,车载设备可以是车载本身的管理系统,也可以是单独设置于车内的配套设备,抑或是属于本车现有的控制系统的一个功能模块。而终端则可以是用户携带的移动终端(如与用户对应的手机),也可以是至少允许部分用户共用的终端(如平板电脑),也可以与车载设备配套的终端。
此外,至少一部分注册端设置有参数设置模块,本车的用户能够通过参数设置模块设置该用户处于本车的任意座位时的目标场景参数,并且目标场景参数通过通讯模块能够在车载设备和各个终端之间同步存储。
举例而言,家庭成员可以通过车载设备以录入人脸信息的方式成为用户,并可以在车载设备或者通过在各自的手机上下载相应的APP来设置相应的目标场景参数。
参数设置模块允许用户设置处于本车的一个或者多个座位时的目标场景参数;并且针对同一个座位,允许用户设置至少一组目标场景参数。进一步地,基于设定的区别特征,参数设置模块允许用户针对同一个座位设置与该设定的区别特征对应的至少一组目标场景参数。
在一种可能的实施方式中,设定的区别特征可以包括若干个时间段,用户针对同一个座位设置与该若干个时间段对应的若干组目标场景参数。当然,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,除了时间段,也可以通过其他区别特征来进一步细化地设置用户的场景参数,以使得通过场景参数的调整能够更好地满足用户的需要。
在用户识别模块已经将待入座的个体均识别为用户,且各个用户待入座的当前座位也确定之后,针对同一次入座的不同用户,参数调整模块将各个用户所处的当前座位的场景参数分别调整至目标场景参数。
为了保证系统的可行性,参数调整模块具有决策子模块,在参数调整模块将各个用户所处的当前座位的场景参数分别调整至目标场景参数过程中,当各个用户所处的座位的目标场景参数中的至少一个分量冲突时,可以通过预先设定的决策方式确定出该至少一个分量对应的唯一值。换言之,可以预先设置相应的原则来调解分量之间的冲突,如前述的优选原则、折中原则等,也可以是其他任意合理的原则。
除了车载设备、终端之外,需要指出的是,前述的各个参数设置模块既可以结合现有的系统来实现,例如设置成车辆ECU的一个功能模块,也可以设置成与其功能对应的专用模块。并且,在物理形式上既可以与其他装置或设备集成,也可以单独设置。由于这些方面的改变和调整都不偏离本发明的基本原理,因此都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
可以看出,在本发明的场景参数调整系统中,各个用户通过参数设置模块对其处于各个座位的目标场景参数进行预先设置,使得单个用户在单次用车时,无论处于本车的哪个座位,均能够大致获得符合其期望的场景参数。全面地提升了用户体验。而且由于终端和车载设备 之间的信息同步共享,使包括身份识别信息的目标场景参数在内的信息的录入、设置和修改可以在车载设备和得到车载设备授权的各个终端均可以进行,因此本发明的场景参数调整系统还具有操作方便、适应性好的优点。
需要说明的是,尽管以通过人脸识别用户的方式作为示例介绍了家庭用车情形下的场景参数调整方法及系统如上,但本领域技术人员能够理解,本发明应不限于此。事实上,用户完全可根据车辆的具体配置以及实际应用场景等情形灵活地设定识别用户的方式,如通过指纹信息、声纹信息或者密码管理等任何可以唯一确定其身份的信息来识别用户。也可以根据具体的智能化程度灵活地设定调整方式。如在就座之后,缓慢、连续地将当前座位所处的车内环境的场景参数自动调整至定义好的目标场景参数,或者在就座之前即可快速地调整至目标场景参数。此外,除了家庭用车,上述调整方法还可以用于满足“用车相对固定、但用户具有一定的不确定性”条件的其他任意情形。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种场景参数调整方法,用于使用户在处于确定的车辆内的任意座位时均能获得期望场景,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    识别待入座的用户,并至少确定所述用户入座的当前座位;
    获取所述用户在所述当前座位的目标场景参数;
    将所述当前座位的场景参数调整至所述目标场景参数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的场景参数调整方法,其特征在于,所述的“识别待入座的用户”进一步包括:
    基于预先的注册信息,通过能够唯一确定身份的方式识别待入座的个体为本车的用户。

    用户识别模块,其用于识别待入座的用户,并至少确定所述用户入座的当前座位;
    参数获取模块,其用于获取所述用户在所述当前座位的目标场景参数;以及
    参数调整模块,其用于将所述当前座位的场景参数调整至所述目标场景参数。

    基于预先的注册信息,通过能够唯一确定身份的方式识别所述待入座的个体为本车的用户。

    所述目标场景参数通过所述通讯模块能够在所述车载设备和所述终端之间同步存储。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的场景参数调整系统,其特征在于,所述参数设置模块允许所述用户设置处于所述本车的一个或者多个座位时的目标场景参数;并且
    针对同一个所述座位,允许所述用户设置至少一组目标场景参数。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的场景参数调整系统,其特征在于,基于设定的区别特征,所述参数设置模块允许所述用户针对同一个所述座位设置与该设定的区别特征对应的至少一组目标场景参数。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的场景参数调整系统,其特征在于,所述设定的区别特征包括若干个时间段,所述用户针对同一个所述座位设置与该若干个时间段对应的若干组目标场景参数。
  19. 根据权利要求11至18中任一项所述的场景参数调整系统,其特征在于,针对同一次入座的不同用户,所述参数调整模块用于将各个用户所处的座位的场景参数分别调整至目标场景参数。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的场景参数调整系统,其特征在于,所述参数调整模块具有决策子模块,所述决策子模块用于当各个用户所处的座位的目标场景参数中的至少一个分量冲突时,通过预先设定的决策方式确定出该至少一个分量对应的唯一值。
