Abstract
L'invention concerne une machine et un procédé de teinture espacée de fil, la machine de teinture espacée de fil étant composée d'une bobine croisée (1), d'un cantre de bobine gauche (2), d'une aiguille de division de fil en forme de dent de peigne gauche (3), d'une boîte de liquide de teinture (4), d'une pompe de liquide de teinture (5), d'une conduite de refoulement de liquide de teinture (6), d'un pulvérisateur de colorant (7), d'une plaque (8) contenant un liquide de teinture, d'un rouleau d'alimentation de fil (9), d'une aiguille de division de fil en forme de dent de peigne droit (10), d'un cantre de bobine droit (11), d'un tambour rainuré (12), d'une bobine croisée sans bord (13), d'un moteur électrique (14) et de fils (15), les fils (15) étant déroulés depuis la bobine croisée (1) ; lorsque les fils (15), qui sont disposés sous la forme d'une feuille plane, sont transportés de gauche à droite et traversent une surface inférieure du pulvérisateur de colorant (7), la pompe à liquide de teinture (5) démarre et pompe le liquide de teinture depuis la boîte de liquide de coloration (4) vers le pulvérisateur de colorant (7) et le pulvérise sur les fils (15) ; la vitesse à laquelle les fils (15) sont transportés est de 10 à 20 mètres par minute ; le pulvérisateur de colorant (7) pulvérise sous forme de ventilateur, la taille d'une goutte de liquide étant de 0,5 à 2 millimètres ; la hauteur du pulvérisateur de colorant (7) aux fils (15) est de 0,5 à 1 mètre ; la pression d'une pompe hydraulique destinée au colorant est de 3 à 6 kilogrammes ; et afin de garantir le moulage, la vitesse à laquelle une bobine est enroulée est plus rapide que la vitesse à laquelle les fils (15) sont transportés de 1 % à 2 %. Grâce à cette conception, la machine de teinture espacée de fil présente les avantages d'une structure simple et d'une teinture espacée pratique.
