Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de surveillance de paquets rouges comprenant : un module de surveillance, conçu pour surveiller périodiquement un journal généré lorsque le terminal utilisateur réalise une interaction de données ; un module de détermination, conçu pour déterminer si un identifiant de paquet rouge existe dans le journal, et si l'identifiant de paquet rouge existe dans le journal, émettre en sortie un signal d'invite ; et un module d'invite, conçu pour commander au terminal utilisateur de transmettre des informations de rappel en fonction du signal d'invite.
