L'invention concerne un système de surveillance de flux (100) comprenant : un module de surveillance (10), utilisé pour surveiller périodiquement un journal généré pendant une interaction de données effectuée par un terminal utilisateur ; un module de détermination (20), utilisé pour déterminer s'il existe ou non une indication de partage de trafic dans le journal, et si tel est le cas, pour émettre un signal d'invite ; et un module d'invite (30), utilisé pour commander le terminal utilisateur à émettre des informations de rappel selon le signal d'invite.
